Online, it showed the item was in stock- but, it was not out on the shelf. He was able to efficiently look the item up and realized it was in the back. He graciously went to the back, located it, and brought it to me so quickly. It was late, near store closing time, and he helped me get the item I needed. This location is terrible. The clothing dept looks like a garage sale; and a poor one at that. There was no one in customer service for my return for several minutes. Upon going to checkout all the self check lanes were closed for some reason & there was ONE checker. The 1 self check by the sodas/food had syrup and sticky brown goo all over it. Several employees were walking around, but no one was DOING anything. Two target employees were outside at a table talking to people coming in, not sure why. There was so much that needed to be done inside, seems so wasteful. Also the restroom was horrific and dirty. I've seen better gas station bathrooms. Such as shame. read more

I have had a gift card in my purse for 3 yrs. I didn't know how much was on it so I had to scratch to find out. Called the number and it was $105.00. Must have been a credit for a return. Anyway, I wanted a set of Pyrex Store and Gos for leftovers. Have a nice set now. Found Weather Tech mats for my SUV in Gray. Picked up a few other things, Vitamins etc and left. That trip cost me $40 out of my pocket. Service was helpful, but the store was FULL of returns, everywhere. Mostly, toys. read more

This store is overpriced very overpriced. i tried to call the store and no one answered. I called 11 times and no answer. I was calling to see if I was overpriced for a toy I bought for my grandson. I could never get an answer. So I won't shop there anymore. I went to the restroom and no paper to dry my hands. It's between the cypress and Tomball location that I do drive up. I like the drive over here scenery is beautiful. Staff is really nice and helpful. I like curbside because I have kids and it's a convenient way to get what I need. So thankful for these people shopping for me. Store is really clean and well stocked. read more

It's a standard Target with a Starbucks. I found some great deals when I went yesterday. The reason for this review is that I heard a manager calm an employee. He told her that he heard about something that happened earlier that day, she did nothing wrong and was one of the best employees at the store. Also the person at customer service greeted me and asked if I needed help when I was trying to locate the recycling bin. read more

Not much help when you come to this location. The traffic is already atrocious upon arrival, they pick and choose who they want to greet, and customer service is not all that friendly. I brought my daughter to buy some summer bathing suit. Upon going to the dressing room area you cannot help but notice the over abundance of clothes stacked and racked everywhere. Obviously clothes that were not put away. Looked like a disorganized warehouse. MANAGEMENT why is your store this way? Labor shortage? Or just bad processes? Sure hope something changes. read more

I tend to agree with the average rating of this store at the time of my review: 3 stars. It's not the best of Targets, it's not the worst of Targets. Something I found disappointing is that their prices over the years have moved considerably north of the quality of the merchandise they sell. I had several things on my list, and I just didn't buy them because they were overpriced. Things like binder clips, hairbrushes, and organizers. I found those items nearby at Office Depot and Dollar Tree for much less. One thing I did appreciate was their selection of cards. Oddly, I needed both wedding and bereavement cards on the same day for the same family. Target came through for me without a hitch. For that I thank them. I didn't leave empty-handed. I spent nearly $60 that trip. But I felt like I would have spent more and saved myself several additional stops had their overall prices just been more reasonable. read more

Nice clean Target location They call it a Super Target but it's nothing like the ones in Austin, Dallas and Denton. They have a small grocery area but no produce or meats. Nice variety of seasonal items and cheap $1-3 items when you walk through the front door. A lot of it has been good educational toys/books/activities for kids and I actually do most of my shopping in that area. I am not a fan of Wal Mart's business practices so I am glad more Target locations have opened and especially during this poor economical turn have been doing all they can to compete with Wal Mart's prices while not offering the cheaply made as well as cheaply priced items Wal Mart does. read more

Most of the store is pretty typically for a target. My only complaint is I couldn't even shop in the women's clothes section because it was that messed up. Clothes were everywhere stacked on top of racks and even the folded clothes were jumbled up. The shoes had the same situation, shoes were pulled out of boxes and in random spots. I just walked away because it wasn't worth sorting through the mess to find something. read more

This is the Target you go to when you want to avoid the lines at the big Woodlands Target. It has all of your essentials: cute home decor, clothing items, all your holiday/seasonal items, and groceries. The biggest reason I can estimate why people give this Target so much crap is because 1) the employees & 2) it's old & dirty. Everyone is kind of bitter... maybe they don't want to be working at Target? Not sure, but you can never find employees there. And when you ask for help, they seem to have some resentment towards you. At least at the Woodlands location, people are available & able! The store is also pretty dirty. Just kind of messy & older; not a lot of updates. You definitely WON'T find the nifty new home shop like the Woodlands Target has. They have a much smaller selection of furniture & home decor than I would like, but hey... you get what you get. Perks: There's no one EVER here. This is where I go if I'm just going to pick up a few things, and I'm not intending to shopping around. If I'm coming with a goal in mind, I go here. No lines. No people. No noise (literally they don't even play music). If you're the kind of person who likes to shop in peace, this is your Target. They also have a Starbucks here, unlike the Woodlands Target which is a perk! Get your coffee fix while you shop. Another downside is that it always feels like they only have a few lanes open & the employees aren't very efficient with checking out. I've had pretty good service from the register employees, but they're just slow. And nope, there's no self check-out here! read more

This Tomball Target is Nice and Quiet. Not Crazies from Houston and it seems peaceful. They have alot of clearance itema and I am Latina and Ive shopped HERE even before moving here and Nobody was Racist! I love it! It's a Target. Pretty much exactly what you'd expect from a Target. A good retailer with a clean store. Their carts do have round wheels and don't typically pull you into the on coming lane. Extra points for that. read more

Worst target ever ! If your Hispanic don't go you will be treated like crap. And God forbid you have coupons. They will hate you more! Before you even start the transaction "do you have coupons?" , "Wth?" Yes I do but they are according to the coupon policy. Doesn't matter . They make up their own coupon policy . Cashiers are rude , and the store is messy. I was singled out over coupons , really ? I had a 75$ transaction with 4 coupons 2 of each where different ,Wow ! Target lost a good customer. This target is clean and generally accessible in terms of location and parking. The cashiers are friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. I'm inclined to perform a review though as a warning to others about this location. They have been hit with a coupon fraud at this location so every couponer and price matcher will be met with extreme scrutiny. I experienced a situation with a video game deal that fell perfectly within Target's Corporate Price Match and Coupon Policy. Upon requesting assistance at customer service, they denied my ability to utilize both policies. When I asked for assistance regarding the policies, I was met with resistance and denial. I had the policies pulled up on my phone, and in their book they had laid freely to view at the desk. I asked to speak with a manager and he parroted the same quote resisting this deal, "I 'KNOW' the coupon policy". This was the answer to my question of, "Sir, could you please show me where this coupon is invalid. I can provide sources of the its origin to prove its validity". He repeated, "I 'KNOW' the coupon policy and you cannot use this!" while pointing at his head. At that point I said thanks for your time but this will go nowhere and I left. The next morning I did speak with the store manager who explained that she would rectify the issue at hand (Which is how I learned of extreme couponers hitting the store with fraudulent coupons). I explained to her that her answer was satisfactory for me but I would pass on obtaining a sale at this store. In a nutshell, if you like Target and shopping there, this is your store. If you want to do some savings and coupon shop with price matching, the corporate policy might not even help you here. Caveat Emptor read more

Found myself in Tomball last week and stopped by here to pick a couple of things up. Pretty nice store and had the usual items. Grocery dept. seemed a bit lacking at this location. They also had the same issue I have found with some of the other locations. 20 registers are there, but only 2 were open. I am not sure why they do this when there seemed to be plenty of staff walking around the store. Put some of them on the other registers to cut down on the lines. read more

This Target store changes their coupon policy whenever they feel like it. I just went there to take advantage of their cartwheel 30% off items and I had coupons. I was told if I bought 2 of 1 item, I could only use 1 coupon. I only had 7 items, 3 of which I had 2 of the same item. I was told they would not let me use the coupon because it would deplete their stock. Really 2 Aquafresh toothpaste and 2 tide pods and 2 Eucerine lotions. She said the reason was because they are a low volume store...stupid. I wonder why they are a low volume store. Screw Target, Walmart will appreciate my business. read more

I had to return an item to the store, within 30 days of purchase, with a receipt, no damage, etc and was given a very difficult time on the phone. There is no Customer Service at this location and I would strongly recommend not purchasing anything from this store. read more

I have shopped this store for years and have never been so upset. Tonight as I checked out I was buying 3 products and had 2 coupons and was unable to purchase my items because the cashier and manger could not understand that by the store coupon policy I can use a coupon and a store coupon and cartwill per item but I was only using 2 coupons for 3 items and was told by manger several different reasons why I could not use my 2 coupons for my 3 items. When i tried to explain to manger he was wrong and for him to get the coupon policy I was denied not once but 3 times. The manger is Robert Jackson and he told me he didn't have to show me the policy. I also asked for the number to the corprate office so i could file a complaint he refused to give me the number and would only give me the store number. The manger was the most unprofessional target employee i have ever encountered at a target location. Robert is not a person who should be dealing with customers. He was rude and loud and his attitude needs serious help. If i was running a bussiness this is not a person i would want around any customers. I will be following up on Monday. I left the store and went to a different target location and purchased my items and used my coupons with no problems. I also made other purchases and i may return them for the simple point and go repurchase them at a different location or i may just go to walmart..... read more
