After I hauled my two large bushes from the parking lot into the store the cashier (Kymmia) was not very friendly and seemed put out to have to ring up my purchases. When I asked where all the beautiful items went and why it is all plant related on the inside she said she would have been out of business if she'd kept that stuff. That store was special because of 'that stuff'. I thought this woman's attitude was poor. If she was the owner then shame on her for treating customers so rudely. I bought two bushes and spent $72.40. I was told both bushes needed full sun. Both bushes were wilted and half dead within two weeks after planting even with daily watering. A month after purchase one bush is now totally dead. I called the store to see if they guarantee their plants and was told a flat out no. The bush didn't even last a month! I will never go to that store again. Bad customer service and bad plants. If you cannot treat customers with respect and guarantee your product then you do not deserve my business. I guess the old saying buyer beware refers to The Landscape Connection.

I have to admit I like art and this place definitely delivers in the art department! I have bought several wall art pieces from here and the frames are very sturdy and make them easy to hang. The employees all seem very friendly except for one who was very rushed and short when I asked her a question. She seemed like she didn't have time for me. With covid and everything, I might have just caught her/them on a bad day. I found everything I was looking for and then some. Waited in line for about 10 minutes, which felt long, since they only had one person at the registers and I wished it would have gone a bit faster. My experience was nothing to write home about but still glad to have a place like this to go when hosting a party!

Last Friday, I was waiting to check out, and the woman ahead of me was asked for her phone number to enter for rewards. When I checked out, I wasn't asked so I asked the clerk if she didn't want to enter my phone number for rewards. She was generally kind of rude but did enter the numbee and didn't ask about a membership type. When I got out to my car, I logged into my account. It indicated that I had a basic membership but listed the differences between the basic and premium and allowed me to upgrade. I upgraded without incident. I think the staff should know how to access the membership type and should be able to upgrade for you if you are willing to pay the cost of a premium account. The staff on the floor seem nice and helpful but checking out could be a more pleasant experience.
