Hobby Lobbys ad said beads were on sale. They rang up full price. Cashier reached out to manager and manager said there are no signs and beads were not on sale. I eventually walked back with cashier and there were signs everywhere!!! Manager obviously did not look. Long story short i was given the sale price but after wasting 30 minutes listening to them argue they were not on sale. read more

I spoke with an Ally at the Machesney Park, IL store. After finding out the cake topper was not available, Ally was kind enough to order it and would be on the truck the following week. She also stated that the on sale price would be honored. We also talked that I was in Florida and my niece would be picking it up when she returned from Jamaica. Ally was going to call me when it came in and then I would let my niece know. She took my number down and my niece's name. I called this morning to see when the cake topper would be in and she replied, "You said you were going to find it on the internet." I understand miscommunication but do not understand why my name was taken down and phone number to call to let me know it was in and my niece's name to pick it up. How is this anywhere near..."You said you were going to find it on the internet?" read more

I was a little worried where we would fit him with everything else going on at the party, but he fit perfectly between the claw machine and skiing VR. Basically everyone paints something that reminds them of the bat mitzvah child (or wedding couple if at all wedding) and then he turns it into a piece of artwork. You can see the before and after in the photos. And all the guests sign the back as well! I had so many guests remark how cool this was and many loved getting to know Roni as well. He finished the artwork within a day and gave me the choice of picking it up in Rockford (too far) or bringing it to his next event in the area (better option). I can't wait to see it in person and it will be an amazing memory from her special weekend!

The store is very cute. It is very easy to pass by because it is in a residential area. There are no other businesses around it and the signage is pretty subtle. There are minimal amounts of vintage items. There are lots of items you can find in other stores in Geneva, etc. There did seem to be an abundance of beachy items which I didn't expect in a place called Urban Farmgirl. If you are thinking that you will be checking out lots of vintage items or updated vintage items, that isn't the case. There is some of this, but mostly new items. It's a very cute store and worth a browse.

Paid my $5 admission and had to go to the restroom... expecting to see port-a-potties, I was happy to see a big sign indicating the orange building were restrooms. Easily spotted up ahead, indoor plumbing, clean with plenty of stalls and multiple spots to wash hands. For an outdoor venue, this made me quite happy. There are vendors galore at the flea market and something for everyone. Arrive early for the best finds and to be sure you have time to see everything because there are so many items on display. Many vendors are open to making a deal even! A few food vendors on site as well in case you get hungry for breakfast, lunch, snack or beverages but I'd like to see more options in the future. Bring cash although there are a few who accept Venmo, just don't count on it. Otherwise, it's a great place to spend a few hours and find things you may or may not know you needed!

You can pay extra for early bird entry, otherwise the gates open at 7a for general admission. This place is exceptionally dirty, unorganized, and has no rhyme or reason, and I wouldn't have it any other way! It is a thrifters dream. Don't wear something nice, you will get dirty. If you have allergies, take a Claritin before hand. It is worth a visit, trust me! They have furniture, China, glassware, lamps, art, kitchen stuff, old nuts/bolts/fittings, old tools, and more. They have a little bit of everything. It's a labyrinth of small paths, dead ends, strange rooms, all full to the ceiling with stuff, literally stuff hanging from the ceiling.

It was close to Christmas so I decided if I found something it would be great for a gift. I barely got noticed in the store and when I finally chose something I went to checkout. The woman was pregnant she made no acknowledgment of me, she put the merch in a box not giving me a bag and shoved the box toward me no thank you, come back and see us nothing. I walked out thought about how rude she was to and wish that I had declined the merchandise. I could tell I was not welcome there and every time I see the commercial I have a bad feeling. I love specialty shops but that one shop I will never shop in again. I felt discriminated against and it didn't matter whether I could afford it or not. I have experienced such negativity from a merchant in some time.
