I am not a crafter but do make it a point to drop off UPS packages for shipping. I booked him, paid a deposit and completely forgot about him until a week before the party. I was a little worried where we would fit him with everything else going on at the party, but he fit perfectly between the claw machine and skiing VR. Basically everyone paints something that reminds them of the bat mitzvah child (or wedding couple if at all wedding) and then he turns it into a piece of artwork. You can see the before and after in the photos. And all the guests sign the back as well! I had so many guests remark how cool this was and many loved getting to know Roni as well. He finished the artwork within a day and gave me the choice of picking it up in Rockford (too far) or bringing it to his next event in the area (better option). I can't wait to see it in person and it will be an amazing memory from her special weekend!

The store is very cute. It is very easy to pass by because it is in a residential area. There are no other businesses around it and the signage is pretty subtle. There are minimal amounts of vintage items. There are lots of items you can find in other stores in Geneva, etc. There did seem to be an abundance of beachy items which I didn't expect in a place called Urban Farmgirl. If you are thinking that you will be checking out lots of vintage items or updated vintage items, that isn't the case. There is some of this, but mostly new items. It's a very cute store and worth a browse.
