I don't come here often but they really do have most everything you could think of to put on every kind of party imaginable. The employees all seem very friendly except for one who was very rushed and short when I asked her a question. She seemed like she didn't have time for me. With covid and everything, I might have just caught her/them on a bad day. I found everything I was looking for and then some. Waited in line for about 10 minutes, which felt long, since they only had one person at the registers and I wished it would have gone a bit faster. It was a Surprise to me at how much Halloween stuff they had I was very impressed I got a lot of my stuff there I still had to go to other places but as far as decorating your front yard or inside your house for Halloween it was excellent read more

This is kind of my go to place for parties. I've bought my trinkets, decorations and costumes from this store than any other. They generally have a good selection. I have found that they may not be the cheapest on everything, but they run about par with other places and if you drive to the different stores in town to save $.25 on an item you'll end up spending more on gas. In the last two months I have bought supplies from them for a Super Bowl, Valentines, Retirement, birthday and St. Patrick's day party. They change up their main display depending on what the next seasonal holiday is. Right now it's mostly St. Pats items, but they also have out a lot of Easter stuff already as well. If you need Party Supplies, you really can't go wrong here. read more

These poor employees...working with a skeleton staff, so much overhead and stocking while trying to handle registers, phones and balloon fills! I don't blame the staff for the extremely slow service. Must be a nightmare of a workplace. read more

Always a great store! My problem is, that I spent $70 in balloons to have for my son's bday, & then his party a week later. Mylars usually last at least a week, but NONE of them lasted past 3 days, like at least lost 25-30% of the helium within 1-3 days, depending on the balloon. Honestly, if you can hit a good dollar store, that may be the better route. I'm very disappointed. read more

Saturday was my daughters graduation party. I had ordered balloons earlier in the week to be picked up at 10:30. I got to Party City around 11:00. My balloons were ready but I wanted one extra balloon to put on the mailbox so I waited in the long line to get it. When it was my turn I stood at the counter while 3 employees ignored me while filling up balloons. No one said that they would be with me in a moment or anything...I was just ignored. After about 10 minutes I asked if I could get one red balloon. The woman responded that they were filling orders that were do at 11:00 and they would be with me as soon as all of the balloons were filled. I said I can't even get one balloon? And she said no!! So I left that Line to stand in the check out line. This line only had one cashier on a Saturday morning and I had to wait another 20 minutes to buy 2 little things. This customer service was unacceptable! I was a customer right in front of your face and you couldn't serve me...one balloon! It was worse than Wal Mart! If Party city didn't dominate the market I would never go back. But with this kind of customer service it won't be long until you're out of business. I purchased the Adult 2XX elf costume, ok, for all of us Big guys, I am over 300 lbs with a stomach. IT fits PERFECT, THE WAIST band for the pants stretched way past 44 inches with many more inches to stretch. The top fit right over my stomach, with room to spare. I was shocked! It is a zip up front that looks like it has buttons. The hat is snug, but it does fit and is of good quality. The socks fit right up to and over the knees. You will need to buy elf booties, get the good ones, the outfit will be complete! read more
