The store is very cute. It is very easy to pass by because it is in a residential area. There are no other businesses around it and the signage is pretty subtle. There are minimal amounts of vintage items. There are lots of items you can find in other stores in Geneva, etc. There did seem to be an abundance of beachy items which I didn't expect in a place called Urban Farmgirl. If you are thinking that you will be checking out lots of vintage items or updated vintage items, that isn't the case. There is some of this, but mostly new items. It's a very cute store and worth a browse.

I walked out with an Amigurumi kit, a cross stitch kit, an embroidery kit, a felt needle case, and four fat quarters for under $25. The Amigurumi was only $5.99! Since they do not do removal I had thrown my old furniture to the curb the night before. When furniture arrived the next day, both couch and loveseat had defects. The center console top on the loveseat was completely crooked and would not close. The couch had an end cap falling off and they tried to ignore they even saw it while installing. If they would have said "There is damage and we need to fix or replace it" as they were setting it up, I would not have needed to return it. The installers tried to ignore it was a problem and get out the door before I could even see it... I have lost 10 weeks, trust in Bobs, and my original furniture, but now have an order from Ashley Furniture and maybe soon I can finally throw out the folding chairs in my living room... Thanks Bob

Never paid for damages from. June 13th. Told via text I should pay for the damages! Said they credit my account - lie! Told me i had deal with credit company if i rerurn all together! Bobs already been paid! Ive paid credit company $725 already! Lie after lie after lie! I have video of June 13th! I am in disbelief of the games ansld run around ive recieved! They have a decent variety of women's clothing. Unfortunately, nothing is sized properly so it's way too big or way too small. There is a reason the clothes are in their store and not at the fancy department stores, you know? Some items have a snag in them, some housewares are damaged, and sometimes you can find a great buy! The items that ARE in good condition are not that reasonably priced. If can go to the department stores for just a little more $$ and get perfect clothing...I will. We are not from the area but next time I'm out in Rockford, I may stop in because you CAN find a good deal. You just have to be willing to hunt for it and of course, have the time to do so.

A couple items I grabbed rang up higher than what was on the shelf, so I had to wait for someone to check the price, and it took longer than expected. The store itself seemed organized enough, but the checkout area felt a little chaotic with other people having the same issue. I did find what I needed, but the inconsistency at the register made the whole trip more frustrating than it needed to be. I do love all of their holiday displays and it makes it feel so festive and lively.
