The store is very cute. It is very easy to pass by because it is in a residential area. There are no other businesses around it and the signage is pretty subtle. There are minimal amounts of vintage items. There are lots of items you can find in other stores in Geneva, etc. There did seem to be an abundance of beachy items which I didn't expect in a place called Urban Farmgirl. If you are thinking that you will be checking out lots of vintage items or updated vintage items, that isn't the case. There is some of this, but mostly new items. It's a very cute store and worth a browse.

Since they do not do removal I had thrown my old furniture to the curb the night before. When furniture arrived the next day, both couch and loveseat had defects. The center console top on the loveseat was completely crooked and would not close. The couch had an end cap falling off and they tried to ignore they even saw it while installing. If they would have said "There is damage and we need to fix or replace it" as they were setting it up, I would not have needed to return it. The installers tried to ignore it was a problem and get out the door before I could even see it... I have lost 10 weeks, trust in Bobs, and my original furniture, but now have an order from Ashley Furniture and maybe soon I can finally throw out the folding chairs in my living room... Thanks Bob

Very low prices on many namebrand items. Ollie's carries everything from outdoor furniture, bed linens to edibles. Stock is always changing, but the shelves are always full. I had heard that Ross had some good deals, like another discount and markdown department store in the area. They haven't been open too long and you could tell they were still working out some of the kinks. The store was a little bit disheveled. The men's jeans are on a rack next to the luggage section. Luggage was spilled over into the aisle blocking the way. Clothes were mixed in to different areas like someone picked up a large shirt and decided they didn't want and placed it in the small section. I believe that all of that is a result of the clientele and not the staff. When we were there they had staff going through the aisles trying to straighten, it's just hard. The store is organized into its various departments. It's not as well marked as other stores, but if you pay attention to the signs you can find what you are looking for and sizes rather easily. The dressing rooms where clean and the attendant was extremely helpful. They were a little slow in the checkout aisle. We stood there in a line for a long time while two staffers and a security guy where sorting clothes that either people decided not to buy or they found in the wrong areas. After about 10 minutes they opened up a second register. The prices were right. If the tags with the suggested retail price are correct, I bought a pair of jeans for $20.00 that normally cost $60.00. If you are looking to buy some designer clothes and are on a budget, it doesn't hurt to check them out. Also if they don't have something one day, come back later in the week, they get new shipments in all the time.
