**BEWARE** I was sold a pre owned Nespresso under the guise of it being brand new. Once I took it…read moreout of the box I immediately noticed it has coffee grounds in it. Frustrating as that was I decided to not make a big deal of it and move forward with trying to use it. It was at that point I learned that it was broken which is when I decided to call. I was refused a refund for my used and broken item I spent $70 on. On the phone the man I spoke with said himself that it was supposed to have been new. He was going to allow me to exchange which does me absolutely no good as they have nothing I need outside of what I bought, and beyond that I don't trust them as a business after this. I reiterated that he sold me a used/BROKEN item to which he responded "well how do I know you didn't break it" with a snarky tone. So now I guess I just donated $70 to their business. While initially I was extremely upset. I have since taken some time to reflect and realized that any "business" that is so desperate for $70 that they will not right their grossly deceitful transaction with the customer probably needs that money more than I do. I can't wait to see what new business moves in there after they flop.

The prices are always really reasonable, and regular sales mean you're often getting a deal on that. The woman who runs the store is just so sweet and so friendly, and even though there's usually some kind of Jesus radio playing in the background and I get the impression that she's really religious, she's the nice kind of Christian. I've been to other Christian thrift stores that feel uncomfortable, judgmental, and pushy but this place is just really professional and fun.

Although I'm not a fan on how BBB merchandises, I do enjoy shopping at a small-town location because I'm actually able to find what I need. I had a mail-in coupon that was expiring. BBB does a great job on sending those coupons consistently. I needed to re-stock my k-cups, so having some of those coupons in my bag is always useful and convenient. Their k-cups selections were well-organized. I picked out one of the Caribou breakfast blend and headed straight to the register. There was one (1) cashier working on price-adjustments for the customer. However, there were four (4) others in line waiting. The primary cashier quickly gathered other available cashiers via the radio, and the line was efficiently cleared and everyone was well on the way to his/her vehicle. There are other choices of retailers that I can purchase k-cups at, but with BBB continuously sending coupons to me diligently, BBB has become my go-to destination for our k-cup needs and soda stream flavors/canister refills.

Stopped into B&H office furniture store and was greeted promptly by a friendly staff. Told them what I was looking for and they were very happy to help assist me by showing me all of my options. Very well trained staff I would like to mention. Every question I asked they had and answer for or researched to find out for me. They were very patient with me while I was making decisions and weighing all my options. It turned into a very pleasurable experience. Expected it to be a little stressful, but they made it fun. Even picked up a few new items for the house. The prices were very competitive if not cheaper than all other big box stores I had looked at. Got a chance meet the new owner of the business Ryan. From my understanding from our conversation it has been a family business for a long time and he is now in charge. He was a really nice man. Thanked us several times for shopping at his store. Well I think your family would be proud of you. I think that this will and can be a great local business for many more years to come. We wish you the best of luck and will be telling everyone we know to shop here when they are in need of your services. Really seems like this young man cares about the place, the products they sell and the community that they are located in. You could tell he is very passionate about his company. I wish this young man all the future success. I am all about supporting a nice local business like this one. So I hope that Rockford supports you as well. Wanted to share this wonderful shopping experience with you all. You just gained a new local family as loyal customers. Keep up the good work B&H!!!!!
