It's obvious that they put a premium on their customers' experience by hiring people who are enthusiastic to be there and help you. I've been impressed by the diversity of their associates as well, and greeted and treated equally well, no matter who the associate is. The shop has an excellent selection, with many non-Hallmark product lines as well, including boutique-type lines. Shopping there is always a relaxing and engaging experience, and it's probably the only store I go to even when I have nothing specific in mind so I can just browse to my heart's content. Bravo to the owners, managers and sales associates for making this such a terrific store and keeping it that way for so long. I hope it never changes.

Fast forward to mid-October, and we got a small placard engraved with my birthday 2022, since my propeller would've had to be sent off for wood engraving. The plate was done within 30 minutes, and was self-adhesive. I could tell the young girl on duty didn't want to be there, but we were all young working retail at some point in our lives. So I understood. My friend and I got back home, I hung my propeller in its rightful spot, and my apartment, after five months, was officially christened. All employees greeted customers and provided what I felt was an appropriate amount of attention to them and kept the check out line to a minimum. Anyone who has shopped here knows when there is a sale on certain items, the store can be crowded and the line to the center of the store. My cashier was attentive and even notified me that a product I had selected was damaged. She was patient as it was swapped out and wrapped everything up to make sure my purchase remained intact in transit. Shopping in store is cool, but sometimes you're busy and Bath and Body Works offers an option to order online and pick up in store. Delivery is another option but I've found it to be cumbersome and the free shipping codes can't be stacked with other promotion coupons. In store, you can stack offers. Using their app, you can earn rewards and have access to digital coupons. I try not to get a basket when I shop here because I'll leave with so many things that weren't on my original lists of things. Their hand moisturizers and mini hand sanitizers make great stocking stuffers or gifts for that coworker who doesn't wash their hands as often as needed.

We had reached a point of no return and I notified my friend of the mix-up and told her I'd send the tracking. Tracking was sent two days later which was a surprise. I at least expected within 24-hours. Since I had planned early, the item did arrive prior to my friend's birthday. Located on the second level of the Pentagon City Mall, it was easy to find. There is a park for a fee garage and it's also accessible via the metro. Capable of cash, credit/debit and contactless pay options.
