I LOVE HOBBY LOBBY and this location didn't disappoint! It's HUGE!! Any and every possible craft project you could possibly think of can be created by going here. Wedding supplies, glue guns, silk flowers, picture frames, party supplies, seasonal decor, Christian decor, knitting supplies, and more is all here! This location is the biggest I've been to...I could spend hours here. With so many endless possibilities of projects to create, my mind was in overload walking around. Ive been coming to this location since they opened .. I usually come to the baking aisle to get all my supplies but now it seems like every time I come theres less supplies on the shelf LITERALLY. And then when you ask an associate they will tell you they "probably have some its just somewhere in the back" but don't have the decency to at least say I could go and check for you. Customer service is important. I came in to buy a single item, a sweatshirt. As I walked to my car I looked at the receipt and realized the cashier charged me the wrong price. The price should have been discounted 30%. I was then told by the customer service rep at the front I had to get in the back of the line again for a mistake they made. As someone who used to work here and worked in retail for over a decade, I know she could have fixed this issue that they caused within a few seconds. Her name was deborah. She had on a managers badge as well. She didn't even seem to care what actually transpired. She seemed dismissive at best. read more

The customer service is lacking. They did not want to return a broken neon sign that I purchased. They said they would not without the original packaging and I've read their point of sales at the register and it said nothing of the sort and I had my original receipt. They finally returned it, but I was there for like five or 10 minutes while they checked with several managers and still when they finally did it, they were rude The guy at the register was wearing a mask and talking to someone telling them that it's just the common cold. This store just recently opened. It's huge and has all of your decor and crafting needs. The store was well lit, clean, and orderly. The staff members were friendly and polite. I found a few items to be more expensive than I expected. The holiday decorations were plentiful and on sale. There are lots of fall and Christmas decorations in stock. They also have a discount isle. I purchased some holiday and thank you cards. They also have a frame shop in the back of the store. There are lots of faux plants and flowers. Sewing, knitting, painting, and other craft stuff. There are load of party supplies. read more

I actually love hobby lobby,at least the merchandise. The workers at this location were actually pretty nasty! Just a lot of attitude,for no reason. If they had self checkout I'd use it everytime just to avoid the rudeness. The store has nice things,the workers just aren't that nice. read more

The best! When in need for some more vinyl for my Cricut I always run to Hobby Lobby. The prices are good, they have the basics. I really appreciate the single sheets that allow you to try other colors or designs. Last night I was able to get some glow in the dark vinyl to try out. Love it!! read more

I had been hearing about Hobby Lobby coming to this location for a little while and was excited. The first time that I came in, I was very impressed! So much nice, cozy things for your home! I paid for my things and then I left. However, I doubled back within a half an hour and bought some things for a friend of mine who I knew would appreciate the beaded garlands that I bought for her. As I entered the place on Monday again (12-13-22), I overheard the male cashier saying to another cashier that I had came back . I overheard him saying to the female cashier that rang me up the first time that I may be shoplifting. I didn't say a word. I actually went to his register and paid for my belongings. Before he could ring up the rest, I was thinking that maybe I should get a couple of more garlands. I was about to leave the line and he said, "Ooops!" I decided that I would just come back. I paid for the things that I had. He actually rang me up. The following day, I come back and got a few more things (this place is addicting). I went to the female who initially rang me up on Monday. There was a customer being rang up ahead of me talking about how many times she had been in there. I told her how I had came in Monday, doubled back an half hour later and how I am back in here again. The male cashier's line was close by. He was ringing up a young lady and told her that he suspected me of shoplifting instead (not sure how can that be when I went all three times to the register to pay and got a receipt each time). The female that he was ringing up nodded towards me and said, "Who, her?" He said , "Yes". All the while, mind you, I am paying for my things! The female customer he was ringing up replied, "Yeah, I can believe it!" The female Ringing me up overheard the conversation, too and she put her head down and smiled.This lie perpetuated on me by a male cashier and a customer believes it! I was upset but I said that I was going to let it go. However, a friend of mine said that I should reach out and let management know. Will I be back? Yes! It's a beautiful place!! But please , talk to this young man about accusing people of stealing when clearly I was at the checkout line and paid all three times I went; not putting anything in my pockets or anywhere else!!!!
