I was having difficulty transferring the data. The issue was the laptop had to be powered up after the cable was connected. I did that as the "tech" arrived. The data transferred. Our HOA was billed $300 for zero work. I called Edwards to discuss the charge. I was told someone would call back the next morning. Of course they did not. When I called I spoke to the owner's son who could not have been ruder. If you looking to do business with a company with any level of human decency or slightest hint of customer service orientation I'd strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
