Responsive, Honest, Extremely Fair and Just All-round Good!…read more My Mother-in-Law had used Young years ago and was very pleased. I I called Young's and Shawn called me back. I spoke with Shawn this morning and by the end of the day he called me back, with a review of the tree in question and provided me with his opinion and estimate for an OLD oak tree (500-600 years) in my daughter's new backyard. He was clear and fair about his recommended options and patient with my questions. If you want to want to keep it local, honest and true, Young's is the team for you. Thank you Shawn!

Plus the elimination of a small diseased Bay tree. I called Young's Tree Service as a new customer. From my initial meeting with Shawn Young the owner, I was confident that they were very competent. They are licensed and insured and Shawn's wife is a certified arborist. The two man crew arrived at 8 am the very next morning and got right to work. They were very competent and answered whatever questions I had and verified with me the scope of work and whether I approved of the way they were trimming. They had all the required tools and equipment for the job. My wife and I are very happy with the work completed and feel we were charged fairly. We will definitely call Young's again for any future tree work.

I am not recommending to not use them but don't let them leave your property until you have thouroughly looked over the job becuz you may play hell getting them to come back or even respond to you afterward.

J&A Tree Removal did an outstanding job from start to finish. Jerome was professional, responsive,…read morehonest, and very easy to work with. They removed three large trees from my property, ground the stumps, and cleaned up and hauled away all of the debris. Even with bad weather interrupting the job, Jerome stayed in communication with me and made sure everything we agreed on was completed. His entire crew worked incredibly hard, and I was very impressed with how much they were able to accomplish. The pricing was also extremely fair for the amount of work involved. This was my first time hiring a tree service, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I would absolutely recommend Jerome and J&A Tree Removal and will call them again if I ever need tree work in the future. 5 stars without hesitation. (Sorry the pictures are lining up in correct order, but still the visual of the job completed)

Be cautious if The Tree Surgeons are working in your neighborhood. While trimming trees next door…read moreto my elderly parent and disabled brother, they cut down a bush/tree on our property without permission or warning. This tree was intentionally placed in the front yard to block visibility into our home and provided a habitat for multiple hummingbirds. It was completely chopped up and it is going to take years to get it back to the beautiful bush it was. We did not hire this company and did not authorize any work on our property. When I was contacted afterward, the conversation was confrontational, and I was asked for a receipt--despite the fact that we were not their customer. In my opinion, the work done on the neighboring property was also poorly executed. The bushes along the side of the house were cut into awkward tree shapes rather than being maintained as a proper hedge line, which looks unprofessional and unsightly. While I am not a horticulturist, I was raised with strong guidance in this area from my grandfather, who was highly respected in the field. Overall, this experience was upsetting and avoidable, and I would urge others to closely monitor any work being done near their property.
