My parents were awoken from their nap by what they thought was thunder. I told them that the lightning activity was south of the house and they got some wind from the leading edge of the storm. I went outside and found a large tree limbs on the roof of the house. Not from that area I went to Yelp to find a tree removal service. It was around 6pm when I called them. They answered the phone and said they would get back to me if they could come out that night. They called me back and said they would be there in 15 minutes to look at the job! They were professional gave us a very reasonable estimate and contract and said they would be back in the morning. They showed up in the morning removed the branches from the house and trimmed back additional future problem branches. As stated in other reviews the clean up was excellent. I'm glad the took care of my elderly parents. If you need trees taken care of in the Camden county area these are your people. Thank you for your help!

From the initial design through installation, their team did a fantastic job. They took the time to listen to our needs, made thoughtful adjustments along the way, and executed the installation beautifully. We frequently have people stop and ask about the plants in our yard and which company we used. Shortly after the project was completed, we experienced an unusually severe freeze with extremely low temperatures. We lost a few plants, but overall, our yard came through remarkably well. The Beautiful Blooms service team worked with us to nurture the plants that were affected by the cold, and their expertise and ongoing care have helped our landscape truly thrive this summer. We especially appreciate their communication, attention to detail, and the care they put into maintaining our yard. They may not be the least expensive bid you receive, but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for"--and in our experience, the quality, expertise, and service have been well worth it. If you're looking for landscaping expertise for a Northeast Florida yard, I highly recommend reaching out to Beautiful Blooms!

He researched and was in touch with the manufacturers of the old lights in our front yard as well as the six new path lights. Not having a lot of experience with tree companies, I went with Sanford's based off of the 4.5/5 star reviews they were getting on other platforms and my interaction with their estimator. They were a little more costly than other estimates, but these guys seemed more professional and on top of it. After talking with him, I ended up with 4 trees removed, "cleanup" of 2 other trees and a guy got on my roof to pole-saw some branches back from another. All of it hauled away. I was absolutely good with all of that. My "deductions" come from: they were an 1 1/2hr late arriving for the 8 o'clock appointment. No "heads-up" phone call. After waiting 45 minutes, I called their office number, which I had to leave a voicemail that wasn't returned until almost 3 hrs later. Secondly, I really expected the clean up to be more thorough than it was. I wasn't looking for a pristine yard, but I wasn't expecting to pick up 4 wheelbarrow loads of limbs, twigs, wedges either...let alone putting my ladder (used to get on the roof) back where it was.
