Lila contacted me shortly after my inquiry and we discussed the details surrounding our needs. She was very quick to speak with Renato, her husband and dog trainer/whisperer, and they graciously accommodated us. Not only did they care greatly for our pups during their stay, they sent us daily photos and videos of them! The other trainers were so good with our babies, we are so appreciative of them. I highly recommend using their services when in HMB. Renato is a dog trainer, and it seemed like he helped one of our energetic guys in the short time he cared for him. The team is good with puppies all the way up to senior dogs of all shapes and sizes. Things ultimately weren't working out at the other facility, so we contacted Ana, and she was able to get our dog in immediately. Basically, our dog couldn't be happier at the end of the day when he comes home. And he's generally exhausted, so we know he's having fun when he's with Ana and the crew! The cute photos of the pups playing on their Instagram stories are always great - legitimately great photos. Additionally, she has spent time with us working through some additional training, answers all of our (probably annoying questions), and is always available. The facility is amazing (and very large), the experience we've had with Ana and everyone else has been wonderful, and the pickup and drop-off service adds that extra touch that you don't generally get with other places.
