The whole staff are friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and will pick up and drop off your dog from home with or without you needing to be home. The team is good with puppies all the way up to senior dogs of all shapes and sizes. Having my dogs be part of a larger pack several days per week really helped with their temperament and socialization. I really liked having the dogs with Kathryn and her team while i was at work, vs being cooped up at home. I give them the highest recommendation and will continue using them onwards into the future

From the moment I reached out, I felt like my husky lab Kuma would be in the best hands. Chantel is incredibly responsive, kind, and passionate about dogs. Chantel and her team have looked after Kuma a few times now, and I'll definitely keep coming back. During my recent trip, I received daily updates and adorable photos that reassured me he was happy and well-cared for. City Girls Dog Care followed my care instructions perfectly. They gave him plenty of love and even went the extra mile by taking him on hikes. What really stood out was how excited Kuma gets whenever he sees Chantel. It's clear she has a true knack for connecting with dogs and training them.

Things ultimately weren't working out at the other facility, so we contacted Ana, and she was able to get our dog in immediately. Basically, our dog couldn't be happier at the end of the day when he comes home. And he's generally exhausted, so we know he's having fun when he's with Ana and the crew! The cute photos of the pups playing on their Instagram stories are always great - legitimately great photos. Additionally, she has spent time with us working through some additional training, answers all of our (probably annoying questions), and is always available. The facility is amazing (and very large), the experience we've had with Ana and everyone else has been wonderful, and the pickup and drop-off service adds that extra touch that you don't generally get with other places. We highly recommend The Dog House, and you should reach out to them immediately, if you haven't already!!

He answered all my questions and immediately made me feel comfortable leaving our 1.5 year old there for what would be by far the longest we have ever left our pup. Slav agreed to take her and the drop-off and pick-up process went smoothly. He sent pictures everyday and I could tell that HMB Dog House had quickly become her second home. I am very grateful to Slav for accommodating me at the last minute and I absolutely plan to leave our pup with Slav in the future when we go away. This was the first time we had left her with a kennel or professional caregiver since we got her, and I was nervous. So many of the kennels have business models that require you to decide in advance how many times you want your dog to play per day or how many walks you want, etc. I wanted to find a professional that I could trust to use their own judgment and make sure our pup got everything she needed, and Slav was definitely that person. He is great with all the dogs and has set up a beautiful home-away-from-home for our loved ones. Thank you, Slav!

Milestone family trip- received bloody paw photo minutes after drop off. No explanation or answer: Was she injured? Has the bleeding stopped? We texted we'd return. As we were boarding the airplane f internatnl travel: "Come get your dog if you don't like it!" I had to continually check on Daisy daily. Slav didn't provide sufficient updates;  wouldn't describe condition/answer questions. His negligent rudeness continued: ignoring concerns, sending random photos w no words or empathy. The same tattered wrap remained on in photos despite my asking him to unwrap/send photo. Did he check the wound? Was it getting infected? Horror! He stated he had other dogs- couldn't get Daisy to vet-ever! Daily ignorance/worry ruined the family trip. We pd in full/in advance for dog care. Daisy had never been happier to see us! A dog-walker could be a commodity; they walk your dog so you don't have to. Now when they come to take her out, instead of barking at us about these scary intruders, she leaps into their vehicle with all the other floppy-eared frens. And as house-sitters, Alana (as well as her team) take care of our house (power outages! rain fall), tolerate our other dog's all-night restlessness, offer good suggestions about improving their routines, send us regular and fun updates, and just generally make us SO HAPPY that they are there taking care of our pets when we're away from home.
