We are so grateful for our experiences past and ongoing with Alana and her excellent team. A key…read moredifferentiator is how their love and empathy is really in service of helping our pets thrive. A dog-walker could be a commodity; they walk your dog so you don't have to. But Alana and team designed a compassionate medium-term plan for our non-socialized just-before-pandemic pup to gradually introduce her to other people and other dogs. Now when they come to take her out, instead of barking at us about these scary intruders, she leaps into their vehicle with all the other floppy-eared frens. And as house-sitters, Alana (as well as her team) take care of our house (power outages! rain fall), tolerate our other dog's all-night restlessness, offer good suggestions about improving their routines, send us regular and fun updates, and just generally make us SO HAPPY that they are there taking care of our pets when we're away from home. Reliable, good communication, flexible, trustworthy, patient, compassionate people who LOVE PETS!

When we adopted our new girl, Alana sent the crew over to meet our scared rescue to make sure she would be ok with everyone walking her. We travel with confidence knowing someone from Posh Paws is headed to our home for the night to take care and stay with our pooches. Alana has been so easy to work with and is terrific about accommodating our changing schedules and high maintenance crazy dog owner instructions. When my dog got out of our yard due to a fence issue and we were out of town Alana was there for us! We trust Alana at Posh Paws and her folks with the care of the absolute most important thing in our lives - our three dogs. From overnight stays, to walks, to feeding and love. I highly recommend their services.

He allowed people to pet him and wasn't overwhelmed when he was in the store. It's been a few months, I think my dog has regressed, but that's probably due to me being inconsistent as an owner. She took my dog Otto as a client and walked him fr 2003-2006 until we had to move across the bridge to buy a home. Since then i looked for various dog walkers, and we either didn't click or they just didn't do a good job walking the dogs. Suzan set the bar pretty high. she made sure Otto was well socialized and super tired lol... he was so happy to see her every single time and had formed a pack of friends, life can't get better for a doggie. Otto passed away not too long ago and we are starting to look around for puppies. as we reach this stage of our lives again, I have been thinking of Suzan a ton and really wishing i could find someone who loves, plays, and exercises doggies rain or shine :o).
