After receiving notice that his lease would not be renewed, he stopped paying rent, forcing me to begin the eviction process. He ultimately moved out before the eviction case was completed. During his tenancy, there was also an incident where he arrived appearing intoxicated, believed I had changed the locks, and called the police. The issue was resolved within minutes when he was able to access the apartment with the correct key. Afterward, he repeatedly harassed me through my Ring cameras, and I have video recordings of him directing derogatory slurs toward Mexican immigrants in the neighborhood. More than a year after moving out, he still has not removed my property address as the registered business address for his company despite repeated requests. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this individual.

The OEM headlights looked awesome, but a moth and dust somehow worked their way into the passenger-side headlight unit. There was dust and inner stains within the driver side unit as well. The moth died and was always visible, and I couldn't get rid of the inside dust no matter how many times I tried. AFTER THE WORK WAS FINISHED, the lights add a different look.
