First Curtis Workman came out to review our home, our typical and extreme temperature needs and fully explained what systems would be best for us and our home. He gave several options of the Carrier line, price competitive and could arrange the install within days if desired. Baker's installation team of Dom Calloway and Johann Rodriguez were a First-class team! On time, they new exactly what they were installing, had all the required parts and equipment to complete our Carrier Heat Pump installation. They protected floors, cleared out all old equipment and at the end reviewed the operation of our new system and got us connected via Wi-Fi Thermostat. Bravo- excellent service!

We had solar installed and had made it very clear how important our thermal panels for the pool have been and that we wanted to make sure they'd be okay. Well, Baker ended up having a 3rd party remove some of the panels, and relocate others. After a week or so of the installation, I realized our pool was not heating like normal. I told my pool person and he told me that had not opened up a valve......well, when that was moved into the on position, water started gushing out on our roof. The 3rd party Baker used had failed to connect the system correctly, so they came back out to connect it. However, the main problem was the lack of our pool thermal panels now doing anything to heat the pool like we had enjoyed for close to 15 years. Baker, who was quick to get this project finished, took zero interest after rendering my pool thermal panels worthless. They could not have been more in the wrong, yet taking ZERO responsibility. It is infuriating to hire a company based upon a reputation, only to have them completely ignore you, and not make the situation right. To each their own, but I would stay far away from any, and all thing Baker Electric!!!!!

There is absolutely zero "scamminess" or upselling here, which in my experience dealing with over 25 electricians, is hard to come by. I have worked with this team across a wide variety of projects--including full solar installations (including reinstall after reroof), an EV charger setup, major residential interior remodels requiring strict city inspections, and various small repairs. Every single time, they deliver. Both the owner and the field technicians are phenomenal communicators that I warmly call by their first name. They are pleasant, positive, highly knowledgeable, and you can tell they genuinely have the property owner's best interests in mind. When site conditions get tricky, they are creative and flexible, finding ways to get the job done as cleanly and simply as possible. What I appreciate most is their honesty and integrity. They take complete responsibility for their work, and on the rare occasion an issue arises, they come right back to address it without hesitation. I trust them completely to do an excellent job consistently--and just as importantly, I trust them to be honest about their limits. I once asked them to handle a low-voltage wiring project, and they transparently passed on it because it wasn't their core area of expertise. They only take on jobs they know they can execute flawlessly. On the administrative side, they are entirely professional and above board. Contracts, invoices, and payment tracking are seamless. If you want an electrical team you can trust implicitly with your investments, your tenants, and your wallet, this is the team.
