In February 2019, I brought my rear-ended, 20-year-old, totaled and purchased-back farm truck to…read moreget the rear frame straightened and the bed fixed back up. Alan was straight up with me and we were able to come to understanding about the degree of repair that my ancient truck really needed - "it doesn't have to look new, none of the rest of the truck does!" In the midst of the process, Alan called me just to let me know he had found the rear bumper for less than he had quoted, so it would be less than discussed! A few days later he called again with the news that my 2" receiver was damaged beyond repair and couldn't be reinstalled. He had already found a used one at Spaulding's for $75, and I agreed that we could replace one slightly rusty receiver with another slightly rusty receiver. The next day, Alan called me back to let me know that the one from Spaulding's had structural rust and that he didn't recommend installing it, and agreed that they would put a new one on if I bought one and brought it in. He didn't want me to have him buy it, mark it up, and then install it! All the way through the process he was trying to save me money, and the finished project was actually $10 less than the estimate, even though they also found that the tailgate latch was broken and had replaced those needed parts as well. At the end of the repair, the truck's frame was square from corner to corner within one millimeter! On the day it was finished, after just a week in the shop, Alan called and told me the truck would be ready "after the detailer finished with it". "Detailer?" Yep, when I got there the truck not only had been buffed and waxed and looked spotlessly brand new, but they had detailed the interior as well! This truck hasn't been this clean in decades. It quite literally looked like a new (ok, "newish") truck. It was finished in a timely fashion and to a much higher degree than I expected. Alan and the rest of the crew treated us well and with integrity. And they saved me $10! Taco Bell, here I come!

The insurance company gave a me a couple places that I could take my car to. A couple of them were national chains collision centers. I wanted to keep my business with a locally owned company. I read several reviews and settled on Craig's Collision Center. I spoke with Eric at Craig's, he told me to bring the car in anytime that was convenient for me. I drove the car to Craig's, spent about 20 minutes with Eric filling out paperwork and then I was on my way. I was expecting my car to be in their shop for at least four to five weeks. Eric, either sent me an email or gave me a call several times to explain where my car was in the process of the repair. Two weeks later my car was ready for delivery. Eric and the team at Craigs Collision Center did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to anyone

Then someone left me a present in a parking lot of a small gouge dent type INSIDE of the original big dent. After talking to Ryan over at Spokane Dent Repair, I agreed to bring in my vehicle. Not only were their prices very fair, the quality of their work just seems unmatched. Their shop was clean enough to pass a military white glove inspection, no joke. The employees there were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The lobby chairs are comfortable enough to not mind waiting, none of those cheap plastic folders in this place. Bottom line, if you want a dent removed from your vehicle, without them breaking the factory paint, Spokane Dent Repair is THE place to go. They literally erased that HUGE softball sized dent, and they even got rid of the gouge dent/scratch that was inside it. They applied some white paint over the existing scratch to make sure it won't ever rust. The pics speak for themselves. Spokane Dent Repair is where I'll be going if I ever have the unfortunate event of another large dent that needs removing. Thanks again Ryan, you run a top notch business and you are more than fair in your pricing. Also, thanks for giving my dog a bowl of water, that just shows your kindness.

They also needed to keep my car for 7-10 days. Spokane Dent Repair was my 3rd and final request for an estimate. Ryan, the owner, came in at $675. Ryan telephoned the driver and made arrangements for payment. Ryan made the damaged area looked good as new and it only took 1 day. Hope I never need to use an auto body shop again but if I do, Ryan at Spokane Dent Repair will always be my default shop to go to. Joel Novin
