I reversed my bmw into the top of our garage door and was feeling stupid for doing it. The owner was really kind and reassured me it happens a lot.(true or not I do appreciate him making me feel better!). The pricing was really fair. It was suggested that I'd be better off to replace the entire fender. But I stopped by American Way at 3:30 on a Friday and Nick took a look at it. He took my car back to the shop and within 5 minutes, he returned and had buffed out the white paint on my black car. He told me I could bring the touch up paint back to them and they would apply it to complete the job. Best of all, when I asked how much I owed him, he said "nothing".
