Oh man. Great price for great service! We ordered the nachos tower, which the guy next to me finished the entire plate(very impressive), also ordered the tonkatsu that you can get downstairs in the 147 level, I think, and garlic fries. It's great seating and great hospitality. And to top it all off, can add a cheese cake to it as well!

I used to love to eat here. It was fun and it was good. Now, the young workers in there are the best. The hostess, shirt-haired African-American woman who was our waitress, were awesome. I hope they have great jobs post season. They were so attentive and personalized the experience. They were the 5 stars. Yet, if you go to Safeco, and want good food, disregarding this place. The food was shockingly bad. The appetizer nachos were fine. But the presentation made it extremely difficult to eat. It was like playing culinary Jenga. I don't want to strategize on how to get to and then eat food. Do you? The waffle fries were by far the worst I've ever tasted. No flavor. Cold. Under cooked. The salmon burger was burnt and therefore dry. Next time, I go to an Mariners game: Ivar's, Moto, or bring in my own subway sandwich. If you're in the Terrace 290 level, hit the seafood stand on the left field patio.

Sat in the front outdoor row. You get your own server just like at any other sit down place. Food was great. Good view of the game as well. 5/5

Cool spot to watch the game! Food and service were good. And you get an $18 food credit included in your Hit It Here ticket price! Pretty good deal!

Fun views and a cool way to see a baseball game. Access is on the terrace club level and indoor bathrooms means no lines! Food and drinks can be ordered through the 7th inning and your ticket comes in a dining credit. There are some fun/creative food options - the food is just ok though.

We come here before every game. Even as the menu changes, we always find thing to enjoy here. When we arrived, the host told us the wait was 45 minutes but the bar was open seating. We enjoyed our hightop table in the bar just fine. This last time, our highlight was honestly the Southwestern cesar salad! It was more flavorful and refreshing than most cesars... unexpectedly a family favorite. Next time we get two!

After reading through other Yelp reviews, I expected service to be slow and sure enough, it was. I got the Pastrami Reuben Sandwich for $16. It was pretty big and had a lot of meat. It came with French fries and they were golden and crispy which were pretty good. The view from our table was great, but I don't think I need to eat here again with all of the other great options at Safeco. Darn it, T-Mobile Park.

Ive been visiting Safeco since opening day, and this was our first trip to Hit it here With tickets in the front row. Pros- Service was good and quick. Selection was great and food we ordered was decent. $11.50-13.50 for beer was a huge turn off. Tickets were $44 with each ticket getting $18 food credit. Cons- FREEZING inside. It was 64* at game time and they were blasting the AC. Sitting in the front row actually took away from the game. You couldn't hear the stadium, you couldn't see jumbo tron, couldnt hear announcer, no TV's.... So it made us feel very disconnected from the game. We left in 4th inning because we wanted to experience the baseball game. Also in our seats we had foul pole blocking most of the action views.

Between the flowing beers (plus five stars) and the Mariners losing to the Yankees (minus five stars), it's very hard to be objective about my experience but I'll try. We got tickets for seats at the cafe. The tickets were a little pricey upfront, but worked out fine because our tickets came with an $18 food credit. Food was standard ball park prices, if not a little cheaper for some options ($5 beer! I haven't found $5 beer anywhere else in the park!). The view from the seats were decent, though you can get better views for less if that's your priority. As another reviewer said, you can't treat this as a standard restaurant review. You're here for the ball game experience, not the foodie experience. Food was good enough, service was excellent, and the menu had a solid variety of food and drink options. Also, bathrooms and everything else in the cafe were noticeably cleaner than in other parts of the park. Overall, it was fun and different to get the sit-down experience at a ball game, and a nice change from the usual. I'd definitely sit here again!

    Awesome view!

Before the season started, there was a lot of hype about all of the new menu options at Safeco Field this year. In one place I read, it stated most of the new meal items would be in the Hit it Here Cafe and that they would have a pretty expansive menu of upscale options. My friend Ron M. and I went to the Cafe over the weekend in hopes of trying some of these more upscale menu items. However, when we arrived, there was really nothing too different on the menu than items found in other areas of the park. There were burgers, dogs, various flatbreads (a few only found there, but some of them were easily available in other areas of the park), etc. There were some appetizers and salads not found elsewhere, but nothing really excited our taste buds too much. We started out with the Clam Dip, which was...a bit odd. It was very thin, almost like a clam chowder, and had hardly any chunks of clam or anything else, really. It was pretty sub-par. For entrees, I went with the Calabrian flatbread and Ron had the BBQ chicken. The BBQ chicken was far better, but neither were particularly great. The dough was too thick to be a flatbread, in my opinion, and both pizzas were quite oily. My pizza had little-to-no flavor. The only thing really worth writing home about was the lemonade, which was super tasty and flavorful. Overall, I was pretty disappointed. Service was really friendly, but fairly slow at the end. Our food came out quickly, but trying to get our check and leave took a bit longer than necessary. Prices are quite high, especially for the quality of the food. I can't finish this review without mentioning the view, however, which is obviously outstanding. It's probably what bumps this review up to a 3. Overall, I highly doubt I will be back. There are other places in the park with better, cheaper food (and equally outstanding views).

Monday is a busy day as it is ALL DAY HAPPY HOUR and there are real happy hour savings here. How about a cheeseburger with a generous side of fries for $8.95????? The fries were great, hot and crispy, with sides of ketchup and spicy ranch. The burger was real and honest, two of my highest compliments for a cheeseburger. Made to order exactly right. Bun was toasted and smeared with aioli and had a nice crisp. Solid toppings of lettuce, two slices of tomatoes, red onion, and several pickle chips. These were presented on the side so I could dress the burger as I liked. The whole thing was delicious. I had a well gin and tonic at the HH price of $8.95. Overall, a very good meal and a great deal. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, the busy bartender acknowledged me as soon as I sat down, and I was immediately drawn into conversation by the regulars on either side of me. As I often eat out solo, I'm used to striking up conversations with strangers, but I didn't have to make much effort here. Fun company! Solo eaters are welcome. I'll be back and I definitely recommend!

These are the best cheese curds ever bc the batter isn't heavy like other cheese curds I've had. It's tempura battered so it's light and you can taste the cheese more. The jalapeño strawberry dip and ranch are good dips, but try them together and it will blow your mind. The fried green beans were okay. They did have a heavier batter on them and I wish they had the same batter the cheese curds had. The spicy dip was good! The rosemary popcorn was delicious! It had just enough butter and the perfect amount of rosemary where it's not overpowering. Once you get to the bottom, there's tons of butter and you just dip and soak it up with the popcorn. Also, PATTI was AMAZING!!!! She checked in on us throughout the evening. She's very sweet and I will be back bc of Patti!

Parking was free and plenty of it on the streets. I visited on Super Bowl Sunday, about 2-3hrs before the game to get seats. This was a good idea because there was only a handful of seats available. We were lucky enough to get a table for 4 of us. The hosts were very welcoming and go us seated at the bar when it was only two of us. When we informed them about an hour prior to kick off that we needed two more seats, they did their best to get us seated. It was very kind of them to even look around, let alone actually find us space. This was very much appreciated. The first hour or so, when there was only two of us, we had a few beers, the cheese curds and the chicken fried steak with potatoes. The beers were exactly what you think they would taste like and they weren't terribly expensive which was nice. The cheese curds were a great shareable item, good flavor and a fair amount of them. The chicken fried steak was good, nothing crazy, but not below average. Portion was good sand it was cooked right to have that nice crips on the outside with the gravy poured over top. I think the only thing I wasn't that big of a fan of was the potatoes, I should've opted for the tots or hash potatoes instead, but I'll have to try it again. Yes, I would recommend this place. Seems like a good place to meet with friends for a game and meet friends. I almost forgot to mention they have an outside area in the back was is covered so there's more than enough space to maneuver and enjoy your time.

I made a reservation ahead of time, but when we got there around 8 pm we realized we probably didn't need one because it was seat yourself and still pretty open. No complaints though, it made it easy to grab a table and settle in. The vibe was cool. Definitely a sports bar feel with TVs around, and as the night went on the DJ started getting set up which I can imagine makes it a fun spot on a Friday night for people meeting up after work or hanging out with friends. We decided to share a few things so we could try a little bit of everything. We ordered the catfish bites, lemon pepper wings, garlic parmesan wings, and macaroni and cheese. I'll start with the positives because the service was great. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, which always makes a difference. Food-wise, it just didn't totally hit for me. The catfish bites had a really tasty batter, but the texture threw me off a little. I personally like my catfish cooked a little harder, and these were a bit soft for my liking. The lemon pepper wings were a little too salty for me, and the wings themselves weren't cooked quite the way I like them. I tend to like my wings cooked a little harder, so these felt a bit soft and bulky to me (if that makes sense). The garlic parmesan wings were okay flavor-wise, but still similar in texture. The macaroni and cheese was okay. Nothing bad, just pretty standard. The menu itself has a good mix of comfort food and bar favorites like chicken and waffles, shrimp & grits, burger & fries....so there are definitely options to try. Overall, the service were great, the vibe was cool and I can definitely see this being a fun spot once the DJ gets going and the place fills up. The food just didn't quite land for me personally this time. I gave it 3 stars, but if Yelp allowed half stars it would probably be closer to a 3.5 for me. I'd still be open to coming back and trying a few other things on the menu.
