They worked efficiently, quickly and had a smile the whole time! The ONLY thing that didn't come out of our yucky carpet was the wear and tear lol! They did such a better job then zero rez and cintas (we've used both in the 10 years we've been here) because the stains came back with both of those companies....BUT not these guys!
