I needed a dumpster rental at the last moment, and White Gloves Junk Removal obliged. The price was in line with or lower than the competition's. What could go wrong? On dumpster delivery day, White Gloves gave themselves a generous 2 hour window to deliver the dumpster. This isn't cable installation. What in the world is with this delivery window? Cable installation can easily go wrong. Dumpster delivery is: drop off the dumpster. I lost an entire half day of productivity thanks to these shysters giving themselves a delivery window of 10a-12p. At 1:00p when I followed up, the operator gave me this WILD story about how his driver was pulled over for not having a seatbelt on but then was let go without a ticket. Just tell the truth: your driver went to Taco Bell then had massive diarrhea. Unfortunately, one dumpster wasn't enough and I had to do another transaction with White Gloves. The same story rang true again. They gave themselves a 2 hour delivery window and still couldn't keep the appointment. Once again, I twiddled my thumbs for 2 hours and then waited yet another hour after that. I got some ridiculous crap along the lines of "Oh, well you're just really far away from our headquarters." Here's an idea smart guys: forecast your delivery times better or shrink your service radius! Don't just give bad service! Honest to goodness, they probably do a perfectly adequate job for residents of their immediate area. As it stands, they were inexcusably bad for me. We have GPS. We have data analytics tools. When I arrived i noticed they hit the post and gutter causing uplifting and instability in the roof. He asked me to wait til after the holidays which i politely did. Unorganized incompetence. 2 days late on delivery with crazy excuse- then without notice picked it up 5 1/2 days later when I wasent finished. They promised to bring it back or reduce the invoice- but they ended up doing neither. Then to top it off they forgot about their promises and called for more money saying the weight was over their limit- it was mostly cardboard. I get dumpsters often with no issues from other companies- its not really that hard- dont trust your clean out or move to this company - it will add more time and stress to your project. read more

I contacted White Gloves Junk Removal & Dumpster Rental to help us clean out our basement. We were moving after 15 years, so you can imagine the amount of "junk" we have accumulated over that much time! I knew that we could never get all of that cleaned on our own, at least not with the time frame we were dealing with. We have a large, fully finished basement, and it was jam packed! White Gloves came out the very next day, and showed up at 11 a.m. At approximately 3:30, they swept the last little bit of trash into a dustpan and pulled out. The basement was empty and clean as a whistle! The service was awesome and the price was unbelievable! They arrived when they said they would, and the SPEED with which they worked was AMAZING! I cannot say enough about their prompt and professional service! Even when I would try to help load, Mr. Daniel would say, "Mr. Bennie, you don't have to do anything. We will take care of everything for you. You just point and tell us what needs to be taken out." How amazing!!! Mr. Daniel and his team were very respectful, courteous, and kind. They worked very hard and communicated with us throughout the process their progress. After they packed the final load, they took time to sweep up behind them so that everything was neat and tidy!
