I got them out of that bind when they didn't have an event manager for their drive-in theater event that was happening the very next day. I filled the position that day and they complimented me on what a great job I did, especially when I had to deal with that witch of an owner. Chastising me for something that wasn't even my fault! Her issues were between her and A Plus... Anyway -- Two different employees from the company, Maria Limberiou and Kenny McClellan, who are both managers, promised me that the next time they had events at that venue, that I would be the first to know... So finally, about a week ago, I get a text asking me if I wanted to work their first event at the end of May... Problem was, it wasn't a personal text to me. It was a mass text!!! I responded within 5 hours and the booking agent told me she filled the position... Unbelievable!!! I emailed both Maria and Kenny about this last week, twice... No response from either!!! It is immoral and not to mention extremely unprofessional for a company to promise a position to someone and obviously not mean it, especially after they picked up someone else's slack for them extremely last minute. If you tell someone they will be the first person you contact as soon as you get more events, you don't turn around and send out a mass text so that everyone else knows about it and has a chance to respond before them. That is deplorable... I will never work for this agency ever again, especially if they come to me out of nowhere begging for my help. And I advise everyone to work for them only if you're desperate and have no other gigs to choose from...

This is my first time looking in to employment agencies…read more They seem really nice and I haven't gone in to fill out an application or go in for an interview yet but I spoke with a woman over the phone and asked if they have any entry level positions like admin jobs or something of that nature and what she said was that they are lacking in the job department right now and that they didn't have any entry level jobs if any jobs at all. Doesn't sound too good for an employment agency considering that is their area of business but once again, I haven't gone in yet so I suppose we will see. The next employment agency I called was very efficient and very helpful so just from the first impression over the phone I already wouldn't necessarily recommend this one to a friend.

Two years later, I was rehired at my job, and they again wanted me to go through Career Consultants. I called them up, and Megan, their receptionist, REMEMBERED me! She remembered my name, the last time I worked for my company, the fact that I had been going to school. It was a crazy, I couldn't believe it, even though I had rarely called or interacted with them since they weren't seeking employment for me. Though I can't really speak for their services as far as getting me other jobs, I think that the one person I have always interacted with has been top notch, accommodating, nice, and attentive, and that goes a long way in making a great company. I'm always paid on time, and when I don't submit my time cards on time, though I expect to have delays in getting my pay check which would be my fault, surprisingly I never have.
