Stay away from Teresa Woodcock with Kelly services! Highly unprofessional and horrid experience…read morewith this recruiter. I interviewed with Teresa around August 15th for the position and was told I'd get an interview with the employer on 9/3. She advised me I'd have to wait until 8/26 for specific details. That was no problem. The morning of 8/26 I sent Teresa a text just to touch base and let her know how excited I would be for getting my interview time. She advised me around 8 AM in the morning she'd send it over by the end of the day. Come 4 PM I texted to check in and make sure everything was okay when I hadn't received anything. No response to my text message and no interview time. I assumed I was being ghosted since she didn't even deign to respond to my text. I applied for the same position with Kelly and a different recruiter and was told since I was already working with Teresa I had to wait. The other recruiter also said they'd let Teresa know to reach out to me and give me an update. Finally Teresa sent me an interview confirmation at 6:50 PM the next day, still hadn't responded to my text. I went to the interview and ultimately wasn't chosen in favor of other candidates with more experience. Although the job posting said experience was "beneficial but not required", it happens. Teresa sent me onboarding paperwork to complete for another position with the same employer. It was less per hour so I inquired about yet another position I saw with the same Employer through Kelly with higher pay. The position she suggested was more than $12 less than my most recent salary. Teresa told me I should look elsewhere for a position. I did inquire about another role I felt I was also qualified for to consider my options. This apparently made Teresa withdraw me completely for the position she had just submitted me for. I expressed I'd be willing to work 2 jobs just so I could get experience to transition into a new career to no avail. She refused to even move forward with hiring me for the position after I've seen terrible reviews on other mediums as well about this staffing agency that I wish I'd seen sooner. Try another agency that actually cares about the job candidates as well as the employers.

I started my career with kelly services and I have always found them to be professional, kind and considerate. I have found temp to hire positions. And when my circumstances changed, they were there to assist me. I have also found it very helpful to be signed up with several agencies, that way I stay as busy as I want. Remember, treat people how you want to be treated and you will never be disappointed. Have a nice day

Dimov Tax has done our taxes since we moved to Texas a few years ago. We had to file in California…read moreand Texas the first year and also had a few complicated situations that required help navigating. Their team is responsive, detailed and very helpful. I plan on continuing to use them and would recommend them for your tax needs.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a tax service. We hired them last…read moreyear to help with our rather complicated taxes that were split between several states, and the entire process has been filled with multiple errors and over looked details. They failed to file important paperwork from another state which resulted in a penalty letter from the IRS. They asked for more paperwork from us, and we sent it but one important piece didn't make it to them and they never followed up asking for it. Now we've received our 2nd IRS warning, and I'm livid that they let the mistake slip through the cracks. I don't pretend to be good at things like this which is why we hire professionals to help with the process. The lack of follow up to the missing document is a failure of due diligence from the company. It's also the first time we've ever had anywhere from 4-6 (maybe more?) people working on one return. Who was responsible for our account? I still have no idea, and I recommend you find someone else this tax season. Editing to add: The company blamed us for their mistake then insinuated that they would not help us unless we took down our bad review. We ended up not having to pay the fine (we had a federally accepted reason to delay filing), and it was because of their mistake that we received the fine. We easily fixed the issue with the IRS directly since the company was unwilling to do the work we paid them thousands for.
