I called Joe at PBC Locksmith, and he said he could be there in a half hour! He showed up just on time, was super friendly and really knowledgeable! The deadbolt was completely broken so he took that out and replaced it, and was able to just rekey the bottom lock. Then after they offered free in-person estimate to get a better view so I went ahead and took it. Instead we set appointment for 2 business days later and request an early morning appt. "We only get to your area in afternoon is offered and window is 11am-3pm". Tech is wonderful, Knowledgeable and loves working for Broten. His work was efficient and very little mess which is a plus for tech again. So this will likely be last use of Broten.
