While the job was by far the least costly during the refurbishment, and also the lowest bid I received from garage door installation companies, it was essential for security and functionality. The installation wasn't seamless due to some manufacturer quality-control issues, but Joe was on top of the problem and had the components replaced by the manufacturer. Throughout the process, he diligently oversaw all installations. Even at the end, when I was willing to accept the flawed panel (a high bar, as I can be pretty demanding), Joe wanted it perfect. He went ahead, had the manufacturer replace the panel in question, and had his crew install the new panel, all on his own. Instead we set appointment for 2 business days later and request an early morning appt. "We only get to your area in afternoon is offered and window is 11am-3pm". You know it would be like winning lotto to get the early visit this Friday. Client initiated call to make sure we are still on a roster as holiday weekend coming. Tech arrived after 130pm. Tech is wonderful, Knowledgeable and loves working for Broten. His work was efficient and very little mess which is a plus for tech again. So this will likely be last use of Broten. We have purchased front doors, garage doors, motors and more over many years. It is now clear the only value and respect of revisit is the consumers.
