What upset me the most was my interaction with the salon owner. I felt the conversation became hostile, and I was uncomfortable when they laughed during the discussion. I also didn't appreciate comments made about another stylist's professional opinion. Instead of feeling heard or respected as a customer, I left feeling embarrassed and disappointed. Based on my personal experience, I would not return or recommend this salon.
