When I expressed that I wasn't happy with the outcome of my hair, I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than listened to. I requested a refund, but it was denied! What upset me the most was my interaction with the salon owner. I felt the conversation became hostile, and I was uncomfortable when they laughed during the discussion. I also didn't appreciate comments made about another stylist's professional opinion. Instead of feeling heard or respected as a customer, I left feeling embarrassed and disappointed. Based on my personal experience, I would not return or recommend this salon. I value respectful customer service and a willingness to work with clients when concerns arise, and unfortunately, I did not feel that happened here.

What made the experience even more disappointing was specifically asking for a stylist with extensive experience, only to be assigned someone with about a year of experience. We were genuinely excited to work with this salon, but the level of service and professionalism fell far short of our expectations. When we raised concerns and asked about a refund, we felt dismissed rather than taken seriously. Thankfully, there are other salons that stand behind their work and treat their customers with respect. I hope others don't have to go through the same experience we did. Based on our experience, I would not recommend spending your money here.
