Besides Cassidy's great service, the salon itself is beautiful. In a historic building with a tin ceiling, the decor is elegantly sparse. Big windows give great light, and great people watching. Prices were very reasonable, too, given the level of service. I have already booked my next appointment.

Be careful here! This place physically damaged my hair…read more I had a very disappointing experience at Blush Salon. When I expressed that I wasn't happy with the outcome of my hair, I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than listened to. I requested a refund, but it was denied! What upset me the most was my interaction with the salon owner. I felt the conversation became hostile, and I was uncomfortable when they laughed during the discussion. I also didn't appreciate comments made about another stylist's professional opinion. Instead of feeling heard or respected as a customer, I left feeling embarrassed and disappointed. Based on my personal experience, I would not return or recommend this salon. I value respectful customer service and a willingness to work with clients when concerns arise, and unfortunately, I did not feel that happened here.

Second! OMG!! Mimi was so good! I texted her the day before to ask if she had exp with pierced bits, she gave me reassurance and helped set my expectation a for this appt. She got ALL THE HAIR!! 10000/10 - the wax she used is AMAZING. I have super sensitive skin, and I was amazed at how little pain there was!

Avoid at all costs. one of the most unprofessional places I have ever been…read more First off, it is called a day spa, but the salon looks like any other salon. The vibe is very boring, circa 20 years ago looking. Needs an update. If a trained stylists with a hair license runs out of time at your appointment, they will have the secretary at the front dry and style your hair. The girl told me, it is illegal, but not to worry about it because Carla the owner does it all the time. The staff uses language that is not professional. One of the stylists broke my hair off and when I asked her about it she became extremely agitated. Obviously this person is not mature enough to deal with the public. I've never had someone raise their voice at a salon. After the incident, she was not reprimanded and she still works there. I think they are so in need of employees that they will take anyone. Stay away from the salon unless you want broken, fried hair and a tongue lashing from some very unprofessional characters. I wish I would have been warned and I have told this story to so many people and others had the same experience. Awful business practices,
