If you order AYCE, you get an initial plate of one rib, 5-6 sausages, 3-4 brisket slices, two sides and a cup of tea. After you finish most of the meat, you can start ordering additional meat a la carte. I got the fried okra and baked potato casserole. So good! The fried okra was perfectly breaded and not over seasoned. Casserole so good too - couldn't finish all of it because I was focusing on the meat. No refills on sides! The plate comes with a little container of bbq sauce. It's on the sweet side and went nicely with the bbq. Now to the good part... ribs are some of the best I've had. I'm super picky about ribs and these are just the right consistency. The sausage is also the not mealy type, which I prefer. Then comes the brisket... both the marbled and lean are fantastic. The smokiness on all the meat is great. At the end you get a small cup of banana pudding, which is a nice end to the meal. FYI the bbq only lasts until 2 or when the meat runs out. We showed up a little after noon and it was pretty busy. We got our food around 12:30. By the time 1 pm rolled around they were out of everything but sausage and brisket.
