The store has a wide variety and nice selection of goods. You can find plenty of products from most categories. Academic supplies, clothing, food products, books, toys. In terms of service, I really wouldn't expect anything one way or another. Not because they are bad or anything; the employees here are predominantly students of the school itself. This means employment is a bit of a revolving door, so they may not be able to help if you need something specific. Overall, I quite like this place. I thought it was so cool that I got to go behind the counter and pick frame options off the wall - they really have everything you could ever need! We found a matte and frame that worked well with my other degree, which I brought for reference. The whole thing was under $300, which was very reasonable for what I ordered! They also gave me a discount for being a first-time customer and they also offer teacher discounts! The framing was estimated to take 6 weeks, which was a little long. However, the wait is worth it, as they custom-order and shape the frame to your needs. My order was finished in a little less than that timeline, which I appreciated. The store doesn't offer posters of the university or of anything really, except the egghead sculptures. No thanks. They do offer plenty of gifts and accessories though, including a collection of UCD sanrio products. Being on campus, of course they sell electronics as well as textbooks downstairs. Since then DHT has moved on from selling spas and hot tubs and we have moved out to the Mendocino Coast. However, DHT has remained super helpful and knowledgeable any time we've had questions or issues with the spa. They are always available to help us troubleshoot a problem or answer any questions we have. This has been invaluable to us since we live in an area where spa service is difficult to find.
