Nice brew house with food on the island...they have some pretty good beers. Come in and try some ... do a flight. Seating inside and outside. Parking on site. They make some good sliders. Grab a beer and some food .

A quick stop to have a drink here while hiking around town. It's very family friendly, we saw kids everywhere.

Located in a strip mall there's ample parking and indoor/outdoor seating. Limited menu for non-beer drinkers but sufficient for beer lovers. We ordered inside and served & seated ourselves but it's a nice atmosphere and dogs are welcomed. My husband and daughter both enjoyed their beer. There was a power outage while we were there so cash was the only option to pay. I believe my experience may have been limited to the power outage so I'd try it again.

In the middle of a shopping center you'll find HH Brewing. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of beer as all of the OG brewery establishments in the Lowcountry have let us down so far Very laid back, staff is helpful, & gave us good recommendations as well as samples of everything we asked for The Hefe was the crew favorite - Tropical Lager also put a smile on my face The outdoor patio is nice & we will be back when the warmer weather hits

This is like Cheers where everyone knows your name. Everyone knew everyone tonight but in the best way...I was clearly an outsider but made me feel so welcomed, we had great conversations about the beer they served and I didn't end up liking the beer I had but he replaced it with one I loved. Great times!

Ahhh--THIS is where the locals are! Was wondering... We really enjoyed this place. Inside is smaller but comfy, outside is a very nice patio, tables & chairs, awning cover, games. We shared two flights and I thought everything was delicious. They were quite busy & bartender had to run food out too, so no opportunity for chat. My favorite was the tropical lager, but there were others I really enjoyed too. They sell some logo gear but couldn't talk my husband into any, darn it.

    Tasty Oktoberfest craft beer.

What a gem Hilton Head Brewing Company is. Great central island quiet location and super welcoming staff. We stopped in for a group gathering on a Thursday afternoon and had a superb fun tasty time on their shady all season deck. The craft beer selection was excellent. We also enjoyed their IPA beer cheese & chips as well as the hot tasty chicken taco. Highly recommend. Cheers.

They apparently have food here too, but I did not go that far. Hilton Head Island is small enough that serving only beer is still a good thing. The place is super nice. The only service is at the bar, so belly up, place your order, and take it outside if you wish. Yes, you can still run a tab that way, so all is happy and good. There is good seating outside and though they have TVs they were playing music which I found odd but didn't care about at the time. I assume that would change if you asked. The beer was surprisingly good. Heck, the Tropical Lager alone is a home run, giving new life to a dull type of beer for me. I am surprised that Hilton Head doesn't seem to be a draught choice in any of the restaurants I have been to in the area that at least I know of -- what is up with that? Either way, the only one thing that could make this place better is better service. It seems to be noted in at least one of the other reviews here, but the bar tender that was there for me was surprisingly abrupt at best and silent for the most part. As if this was your first time going to a brewery, and you really had no clue as to what is going on, you might actually walk out.

A spot to have a flight of beer

I created a little brewery crawl across Hilton Head Island. By my research, there are currently three breweries. We hit up Hilton Head Brewing first and knew we were off to a good start. I appreciated that they did flights, so I was able to try an assortment of brews. They also had a really cool patio outside, which included TVs, and it was nice to chill on. I would definitely go back here! A good time was had with solid brews.

A nice, relaxed spot (outdoor patio) to grab a couple cold ones and a GIANT BAVARIAN PRETZEL, munchie apps or sandwich! Shout out to our server Patrick for great service; even after working his day job (teaching young students), he has a smiling, positive and energetic attitude, thanks!! I enjoyed my afternoon happy hour here, and rate it 4.0 for good brews, attentive and friendly service and pub food. While I didn't order a full meal, expect to pay ~$10-15pp for food, plus drinks. Wide selection (15+) of craft brews available; really enjoyed the J Street IPA, a hazy fruity hoppy IPA, awesome! Plenty of others to select depending your taste in beer types. Finally, THE giant Pretzel reminded me of something you'd get in Germany at a Hofbrau house! Served warm with deli mustard and beer cheese dip, yum! Plenty to share, and we liked it so much we ordered two! Check out and enjoy a visit to HH Brewing Company! Cheers!

The cutest little brewery in a tiny strip mall! I was surprised when we drove into the parking lot that the brewery was so small. However it is jam packed with charm! They definitely are taking the virus seriously as they are taking many precautions with them asking. There is only seating outside and they are ensuring that everyone wears a mask while entering the brewery. Very nicely decorated and very clean. I did not get to take a picture of the restrooms but they were super clean. We bought a six pack of the Foley for a friend back home and I tasted the red headed step child. We did not have time because we needed to go to dinner, but I would have definitely loved to have had the pretzel with the beer cheese. It looked amazing! My husband tried a bunch of the different beers and settled on one. He said it was absolutely delicious and very refreshing. Staff was very friendly and the owner stopped by himself to bring our beer to go. Very attentive and helpful. They did not hesitate to give you samples if you wanted one. Will definitely try to come back on our next trip. Don't miss it!

This was the 2nd brewery that we visited on HHI (did you know there are only 3?) We loved the patio on the sunny day and appreciated the sign that explained we should go in to order at the bar and sit where we'd like outside. The Hefe was my fav but all my tasters were good! We would've stayed a while, maybe ordered more beer, possibly returned for a 2nd or 3rd time during our week-long stay (like we did with the other brewery we ended up sticking with) but... it didn't seem like the bartender would want us to. We weren't greeted or asked if we wanted a drink, weren't told that flights are welcomed (but don't dare tell her what kind you want - you have to grab a pencil from the end of the bar and write it yourself or you'll be shot a glance), not asked if we wanted to order food and no one came back after our appetizers were brought to see if we would want anything else... water maybe? We are great tippers with an appreciation for and years of experience in customer service. The HHI service industry is leaving a lot of $ on the table because this was about the 6th experience we had with sub par service in a brewery/bar/restaurant with great product.

Best brewery on Hilton Head!…read more We stopped here on a Friday afternoon for lunch, and I'm glad we took the time to check this brewery out. First, the beer. A great selection and variety of styles. Not just hazy IPAs, but a couple great WCIPAs and a wide range of other offerings. The bartender, Christian, was a pleasure and very friendly. Next, the food. A small food truck in back, but run by someone who obviously cares about his offerings. The Brussel sprouts were amazing, and he's taken the care to craft recipes that go beyond small brewery food options. I didn't catch his name, but my compliments to the chef. Finally, my pet peeve - family friendly amenities. There were a variety of games and food options for kids. And there was also a changing table in both restrooms! It should be standard to have changing tables available for dads, but in my experience that hasn't been the norm. Thank you to the owners for making families feel welcome at your brewery. All in all, this is one of the best breweries I've been to, and that is saying something. By far, the best brewery on the island. We had a great lunch, and the beer was so good that I brought home a 4 pack of the "Spun Out" WCIPA.

Check out the Taproom and one of there living room vibe spaces. Grab a burger from Crispi. Slide open a window and walk out onto one of the balcony areas. My favorites are their slushes!
