    Comfy room

I booked into this Hilton because they served Thanksgiving dinner on Thanksgiving, when I was traveling. I didn't know anything else about the hotel. The hotel restaurant was cozy and beautiful. Thanksgiving dinner was great!!! My hotel room was very quiet, and the beds and pillows were super luxurious. The shower was quite elegant, with sliding glass doors and tile. The soap, shampoo '& conditioner is from Crabtree & Evelyn. It was also luxurious, making me want to order some. I recommend this hotel sell Crabtree & Evelyn for us hotel guests. The room card key is such that you need to use it in the elevators, which will only take you to your floor. I actually liked this very much. This is a classy hotel, for a classy room fee. At least the luxurious ambience makes it worth it.

Didn't know Hilton has ghetto hotels. This is ridiculous. I normally stay at holiday inn express but decided to stay where coworkers are. Big mistake. Dirty sheets and ac doesn't work. Thermostat is dead. I called front desk and employee said he would send engineer up. 30 minutes later still no engineer. I called back to say forget it, I had to go to sleep. The kid said sorry. I'll tell the engineer. I told him I wanted a discount for staying in a faulty hotel. He said he would ask the manager. How hard is it for Hilton to maintain a hotel for the prices they charge. Think I might change hotels tomorrow. Starting to itch laying in this bed. BEWARE!!!!

My Room's view.. tv channels weren't working

The worse place to stay! The hotel is old, furniture is all bit up, the whole room is dusty! people in the front desk ARE NOT friendly and they don't bother to accommodate your needs. Plus they charge you for parking daily! Stay somewhere else.

WHY I WENT HERE: - business trip THE LOOK (FROM THE OUTSIDE): - located off Diamond Blvd and Willow Way - walking distance of the Veranda shopping center - short drive from Trader Joe's and Whole Foods THE LOOK (FROM THE INSIDE): - definitely the type of hotel you have conferences and events; this place is huge! - modern and casual look throughout - huge lobby/eating/seating area - fitness center had a mix of weights and cardio machines - outdoor pool looked nice but I didn't partake - room was very spacious and modern; the AC to me didn't blow as cold as I wanted (despite the temperature indicated on the thermostat) and I felt like my room ran pretty hot - loved the "welcome" banner personalization on the room TV CUSTOMER SERVICE: - unfortunately wasn't able to use the Hilton App to utilize the Digital Key; had to go to the front desk to get issued an old-fashioned key card (once I did that of course my digital key worked)

Worst Hilton I have ever stayed at. The manager that checked us in, Jim, was a cocky rude slow moving turd. He was the only person working on a Saturday at 5pm and had no problem stopping his work to make comments. Then our room hadn't been dusted in at least 3 months but the worst was the hair all over the shower, sink and counter. Then there was the soap glob and booger on the shower walls. We were so disgusted but given there were 30 people in line to check in we didn't bother going to get a new room. Totally disgusting

The ph was so high it was darker than the test registers.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and usually recommend family members to stay there and sad to see how bad it has declined in upkeep and guest services!! On Friday our group has spent some time in the hot tub. Once we got out we realized the chlorine was so high it bleached the bottoms of the swim suits. We nicely went to the front desk and told them they needed to close the hot tub until the problem was fixed. Next afternoon the hot tub was still open. My husband who is a pool technician for a local pool company tested the pool and it was 2 time the legal limit. We went to the front desk and nicely insisted they shut it down for peoples safety. "Meanwhile I start having symptoms of chemical burns in a very sensitive place" I went to the front desk a few different times and asked to have a manager contact me and telling them that I have a chemical injury from their hot tub, and I was repeatedly told I would be contacted the next day around 6. That was supposed to be today and It is past 10:30pm and I never heard from anyone. Most of the people who I spoke to during our stay were dismissive, one of the front desk workers even rolled their eyes at me when I was explaining that I had a burn (except Madeline at checkout, she actually acted like she cared) The total disregard for their guests health and safety is disturbing for the fact that they didn't shut down the hot tub right away and then the total disregard for our belongings that were ruined and injury to my body was infuriating. There was not one offer for help or be of any assistance. Other things that stood out to me were - my niece went to the snack bar to purchase a snack and there was a moldy roll for sale. - the outlet the coffee maker was plugged into didn't work, and this isn't the first time I have noticed that outlets don't work at this hotel. -only one ice maker in the entire hotel is working. All the other ones are out of order. (Why don't you put some money back into your facility) -the pillows were old and flat. Worse ones than I've seen in a long time. -the plaster in the hot tub is old and worn out and needs to be redone so it is very scratchy to sit on. Needless to say we will not be returning to this hotel and they are a disgrace to the entire chain. Also I am not a big complainer and me leaving a review is unheard of, so maybe that shows how upsetting this weekend was.

This is located in concord near shopping centers and restaurants. Very convenient for people on vacation. The area is very quiet. The rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. And you can get connecting rooms which is what me and my family got. The staff are very friendly. The price during our stay was not bad. It also depends on the season and days you are staying. There is a parking fee like almost all hotels do.

    Bleached swimsuits

this hotel used to be a nice staycation spot for me and my family, we recently stayed here and were saddened by the decline in quality and costumer service. our first issue was the ice machines, out of 11 floors only 1 ice machine on the 11th floor was working when we stayed. Among other issues the worst problem was on our first night we went to the hot tub, after spending about an hour in the water we discovered that mine and my husband's blue swimsuits were now bleached pink (pictured below) from the shear amount of chlorine in the water (incase you like the employ of the hotel seemed to not know, that's not supposed to happen) and another member of our party was chemically burned after time spent in the hot tub. After informing the staff of this safety hazard they were dismissive, claiming that there was no manager on duty that night (or somehow any of the nights we were staying) and were overall ambivalent about the whole situation. they claimed that they would "handle it", next morning comes around and the hazard tub is still open for business! We had to specifically request for them to shut it down for them to actually close the tub down. we Are currently waiting for a hotel manager to call us

Filthy chaise. Covered in stains and what looked like pet hairs.

Is there a breakfast buffet right now and is it free/comes with our stay?

No not free, but there is a breakfast buffet.

Will they be offering a Mother's Day Buffet this year?

What kind of complimentary beverages are served in the executive lounge access? I'm wondering if it's a full bar or not.

Yes, the Private lounge on the 10th floor is gone. Some Hilton members abused the privileges associated with this status so much so they had to close it. Always a few bad apples that ruin it for the rest of us.… Read more

In paticular the one in Concord has been my favorite one so far cause it was in the center of any place I needed or wanted to be. Plus the bed was alot more comfortable than when I stay at other Hampton Inn's. The breakfast dining room had several cozy nook areas to have private time...so special indeed. I certainly will be making more staycation trips out here soon....ciao for now!

I stayed here for 2 nights and I would absolutely come back here. From the staff to the actual…read moreroom, I had no complaints. Given that this location was only built a little over a year ago, I loved that it still had a brand new feel. Highlights of this hotel: *Lobby doors only open for hotel guests-- I was a little weirded out by this at first but I appreciated it in the end because I felt safe knowing that only the front desk people could let us in. After having a hotel room broken into in Vegas a few years back, it's these things that put me at ease. *Clean spacious room that has a microwave + nightlight in the bathroom so you can see when you have to use it in the middle of the night. *Shampoo/ Conditioner/ Shower gel in the shower for you to use. Just in case you forget your stuff, you can use theirs. They also used the "Zero" brand which proudly boasts zero sulfates, zero parabens, zero phthalates, zero artificial colors, and zero animal testing.. Loved this. Apparently this is exclusive to the Hilton brand of hotels so kudos for carrying this line. *Filtered water on the bottom floor to fill up your water canteens. *Free Breakfast in the mornings which included an oatmeal station, sausage egg McMuffins or eggs + country potatoes depending on the day, cereal station with milk, juices, fresh coffee, bread + simple muffins, and my personal favorite: waffle station with 2 flavors of waffle batter (Regular and Birthday batter with sprinkles). The waffle station also had whipped cream, syrup, mini chocolate chips, and chocolate syrup *Fresh Coffee all day. I love it when hotels do this. And the best part of this hotel.. Drumroll.. Sonya!!!! If you've read other reviews and see her name on them, there's reason for it. She was just a pleasure to talk to: charming, full of kindness, big hearted and genuine. Not to mention had the best sense of humor. If you're needing a hotel to stay in Concord, don't hesitate to stay here. Another reviewer mentioned that it was a bad area. I did notice that there was a 24 hour liquor store next to it with people milling around right outside the parking lot but I never had any issue with them. I never felt unsafe. Another note: Parking is $10/ day here.
