I needed a few supplies so I could repair it myself, but I couldn't get through to dispatch despite multiple attempts. At that point, my only option was to hike about a mile down the highway to get what I needed and then make the climb back up. Not only would that have caused a major delay and put me at risk of breaking an important promise I had made to my daughter--a promise I vowed I would never break--but it also meant putting myself in an extremely dangerous situation by walking along a mountain highway and making that climb on foot. Thankfully, Gilbert Ramos stepped in. He went far beyond what anyone could have expected. He took the time to help me, made sure I had what I needed, and did everything he could to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Because of his kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond, I was able to keep my promise. Gilbert didn't just help me with a truck breakdown--he helped me during one of the most stressful moments I've faced in a long time. His compassion, respect, and genuine concern for another person made a lasting impression on me. He not only helped me avoid a dangerous situation but also helped me keep a promise that meant everything to me. Dillion Towing is fortunate to have someone like Gilbert Ramos representing your company. Employees with his level of dedication, integrity, and kindness are rare, and I hope he receives the recognition he truly deserves. Thank you, Gilbert, for making a difference when I needed it most. I will never forget your help.

I am writing this review with immense gratitude and a strong desire to highlight the exceptional…read moreservice I received from Eagle Vail Towing. My recent experience wasn't just a transaction; it was a masterclass in customer care during a stressful situation, and I feel compelled to share how outstanding this company truly is. My need for a tow came at the worst possible time--during a busy weekend, with family waiting for me, and my car completely disabled on the shoulder of I-70. The anxiety and frustration were immediate. From the very first phone call, however, that anxiety began to melt away. The dispatcher who answered was calm, empathetic, and incredibly clear. She listened patiently, asked all the right questions to understand my situation and location, and provided a transparent, fair quote with no hidden-fee pressure. Her reassurance that "we'll take care of you" wasn't just a phrase; it felt like a promise. The true heroes of the story arrived right within the quoted window: the tow truck operators ( John and Sean ). I cannot overstate their professionalism. They introduced themselves warmly, immediately put out safety cones to protect the scene, and explained every step of the process to me. They treated my vehicle not as a broken piece of metal, but as my personal property, handling it with meticulous care. There was no rushing, no carelessness--just skilled, deliberate work. They even asked if I had any personal items in the car I needed to retrieve before securing it. What impressed me beyond their technical skill was their genuine kindness and demeanor. They could clearly see I was stressed, and they alleviated that not with platitudes, but with competent action and respectful conversation. They were friendly without being intrusive, professional without being cold. It transformed a potentially miserable hour into a bearable, even educational, experience. They ensured I had a safe ride and clear instructions on where my car was being taken and what the next steps were. The entire process, from the initial call to the final drop-off at the repair shop, was seamless. The billing was exactly as quoted, with a detailed, easy-to-understand receipt provided electronically. In a world where service industries often over-promise and under-deliver, Eagle Vail Towing is a shining exception. They delivered on every front: punctuality, transparency, technical expertise, and above all, human decency. I wholeheartedly recommend Eagle Vail Towing to anyone in the Vail Valley or surrounding areas. You are not just getting a tow; you are getting peace of mind. They turned my emergency into a demonstration of what excellent service looks like. Thank you to the entire team at Eagle Vail Towing--from the compassionate dispatcher to the fantastic roadside crew--for your invaluable help. You have a customer for life, and I will be singing your praises to everyone I know. Five stars are not enough!
