Robert, the owner, promised to have it ready in two weeks. That did not happen. In February, we finally picked it up. When we took it camping, not only did the furnace still not work, but the entire solar/lithium battery system did not work. We took it back to have the problems addressed in April. Robert quoted an amount of $5400 to revamp the system and to install two new awnings. After 18 unanswered phone calls and several visits to the shop, we were finally contacted and told it was ready. When we showed up to retrieve the camper, we were shocked to discover that the new invoice was for a total of over $13,000. None of this was ever presented for our approval. And just now we tried to roll out the awning, and it is broke. Unbelievably terrible experience.

After telling me that they will call me shortly with eta, i never gotten call back and after trying to call back no one picked up, and eventually got "busy" answer. I don't know what type of business refuses to do what they make money off, is it being lazy or condescending.

I called and spoke to Kyle from Steamboat Lake State Park on a Wednesday and made an appointment for Friday morning at 10:30 AM as we were headed back home and agreed to meet at the bus stop parking lot. Got there 15 minutes early and texted Kyle we are here but no rush. No response. Waited until 10:40 and called speaking to Deanne who was very nice but clearly had no appointment on the books. She took my information and said she'd contact Kyle. A full 2 hours later I got text saying: Sorry just got your message. I am just back in from an emergency repair at the lake. Let me know if you still here and in need of help. Wow, dude. Meanwhile I had contacted Sasak Trailers who were excellent and fit us in last minute so we could head back home to Denver.

He did not acknowledge us at all. We waited. We walked up to the door of the business about 3 minutes before the shop opened. No one answered. We waited at the door. At 9:59 am the owner was inside and pointed to his watch with a snarl on his face. He did not open the door until exactly 10:00 am. I waited around the shop as the owner assisted my friend hooking up the trailer. Upon signing the paperwork he seemed really edgy, pushing me through the documents. The place was filthy, no bother to dust or vacuum even though is also an "antique shop". I didn't want to touch anything and my feet were dirtier when I left. Not going back

The owner Donnie was incredibly helpful when I had to stop in after getting my RV serviced here the…read moreday before. I got this sewer valve fixed, along with adding sensors to the water tanks. It was $611 but unfortunately it all needed done. The day I got it back, my step was not going in to get into the house part of the RV. I was able to swing back by the next day and apparently the little step magnet fell off. Donnie was quick to not only fix that, but also looked at a leak on the outdoor shower, and replaced a knob that was broken. All of this that no charge since I was in there the day before, getting the other repairs done. He even hooked up a diagnostic machine to see if I have a DEF fluid sensor. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were going to have a safe road trip that day. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain RV Repair! Five stars!

First off we called this place told them about the few repairs we needed done…read more The man said no problem and told us that January was the best time to bring our RV. we dropped it off in January after calling multiple times and being lied to each time we were told it is next in line or"work was being done" well 14 weeks later we went to check on it and not only did they not touch it when asked they had no reason why they had not worked on it!!! they had lied and not touched it!!! when we got it home we found that mice had taken over the unit!! Nathan then sent me a detailed quote we agreed on the work and he ordered the parts. Nathan repaired the slide and it now works better than when we purchased the trailer. I would highly recommend Nathan he is professional and does great work, also he is very nice.
