Some debris had worked its way in and cleared out during inspection. No upsell, no unnecessary work. Brakes were fine. They also noticed I was at the 42K service interval and offered to take care of that while the car was there. I dropped it off at 8:00 AM and picked it up by 9:30 AM. Fair price, fast turn. John, the owner/manager was very rude and unprofessional. He up-charged the warranty approved amount by over $300 on a $400 bill. I think he took advantage of a stranded out of state young lady. Not only was Dom able to get our GMC Sierra towed and to a safe place for repairs, but he even came back the next morning and helped us replace the entire wheel. Ended up needing to remove the axel among other things, with the limited amount of tools we had. Dom brought everything we needed (and made a quick trip to the auto store to get what we did not have). While my 4 year old son and I stayed busy in the dirt ski lot across from Winter Park, Dom and husband got to work at 8am and we were back on the road by 12pm!
