Been coming to Westerly for over 30 years. First time having their pizza. It was delicious. Thicker crust, plenty of toppings

Service was excellent. A hamburger and french fries. It was okay. I thought it was a little pricey.

Best pizza in westerly. Even better when you dine in. Pro tip: Get the small pizza and ask for it well done.

Update If you're…read morelooking for a spot that nails the classics while still feeling fresh and fun, Pooch's Pour House is it. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming--laid‑back enough for a casual night out, but with just the right buzz to make it feel special. Wings: Hands down some of the best wings around. Perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and tossed in sauces that actually taste crafted rather than generic. The buffalo has that ideal balance of tang and heat, while the honey BBQ hits with smoky sweetness. What impressed me most was consistency--every wing came out cooked to perfection, no soggy bites, no overdone edges. Nachos: The nachos are a showstopper. A generous pile that doesn't skimp on toppings--every layer has cheese, jalapeños, and savory goodness, not just the top. The house‑made queso is rich and creamy, and the fresh pico adds a bright kick that keeps the dish from feeling heavy. It's the kind of plate that's perfect for sharing, though you'll be tempted to keep it all to yourself. Beyond the food, the staff is attentive without hovering, and the drinks are cold and reasonably priced. It's the kind of place where you can settle in for a game, a night with friends, or just indulge in comfort food done right. Bottom line: Pooch's Pour House delivers wings and nachos that set the bar high, and the overall vibe makes it a spot worth returning to again and again.

The staff was extremely friendly, especially our outside bartender Gabrielle, who was fantastic, so personable and creative with her drinks. Honestly, the drinks and her service were the best part of our experience. We started with the lobster wraps, which were good, but the tarragon and dill were very strong and overpowered the lobster. Next we had the scallops for $38, which I didn't feel were worth the price about 12 small scallops with a bit of lettuce. They were cooked well, corn sauce was nice but nothing particularly special, and I would've ordered differently knowing what I was getting. We were still hungry, so we got the rigatoni, which was delicious. My only note was again the heavy use of fresh dill, which started to overpower an otherwise great dish. Overall, I would absolutely come back for the location, the great staff, and especially Gabrielle. I'd return for drinks and try different menu items next time.

As we entered and did not have a reservation, we were seated at the bar. I can share- they did not fill up! We could easily been seated at a table but the bar was not an issue. Nice guys working the bar. We went very simple: tomato soup that comes with focaccia grilled cheese. The tomato soup was delivered with balsamic drizzle and anice grilled cheese stick. It was a great meal for a rainy day. It was good. We opted to share a dessert: sticky toffee pudding. It was soft and the caramel was sweet and smooth. DELICIOUS! Overall great experience. Took a while to arrive. The pork belly was exquisitely rendered with beautifully charred skin and tender meat. Lobster roll served warm was very good, the lobster was a little overcooked but still a highlight. Buttermilk Fried Chicken had super crisp skin and was executed and presented perfectly, great tasting together with the accompanied pickled vegetables and hot-honey butter. The best dish of the night. Sticky toffee pudding was as good as advertised: sticky, textured, with interesting mouthfeel offset by lightly whipped cream. Tequila based El Mariachi was tasty and balanced but not memorable.
