The main concern was how long it would take to get a directional bore company out to drill the hole, but DoneRite stated they could work on the boring company's schedule to get this fixed for us ASAP. Roger and Rodney left and I was already feeling better about the situation but was still nervous about how long it would take, given the time estimates we received from other plumbing companies. About 20 minutes after they left, they came back to tell me that they spoke to a boring company who happened to have availability TODAY. DoneRite stated they would clear their schedule if today worked for us. At this point our yard had been torn up for four days and I was already over it. So we jumped on the opportunity.
