The constant chiming overhead on the speakers is quite annoying to me, but I can only imagine how frustrating it might be on the employees (unless they learn to tune it out, which I would totally understand). Their managers can be seen doing their best to plug the gaps when needed, which as a former pharmacy employee during my late high school and early college years, I can very much appreciate. Their photo department does a great job printing anything I've needed in recent weeks but pro tip, make sure to put your order in at least the night before, to avoid any issues.

On ONE occasion, I purchased, a 1/2 gallon of 2% milk around 7pm one evening. I got home, put it in the fridge and (of course) threw out the bag and the receipt. The next morning (12/23), I poured my milk and it was spoiled. The "sell by" date showed, 12/26. I purchased it, 12/22. When I spoke with the cashier (whose, manager was at the next register and asked me if I had the receipt... no, I do not. ), I said (in a low voice) I'd like to return this milk as it's spoiled. She checks the date and says, 'but the date shows it's 12/26. I said, it doesn't matter, it's spoiled; smell it. I proceed to get another milk for an even exchange, and picked the container that showed, 1/06/19. When I got back to the register, with the milk, they both have an attitude. I didn't say, because of them, my milk is spoiled. Sheesh, just let me make my even exchange and you deal with the milk company. Managers and employees need training or better customer service when situations (beyond their control arise).

This CVS pharmacy is the seventh level of hell. Your prescription is never ready. You show up when…read morethey say it will be ready and are told to wait 10 minutes. It then takes them a half hour to fill. After that, you have to wait in a line of 6 people, all of whom are having the same problems with them as you. It's like being in a Kafka story. Also, prescriptions sent by your doctor have about a 50% of being received. If they didn't get it, you have to call your doctor to resend. Buying non-prescription items here isn't any less frustrating. The checkout personnel are slow, dimwitted, and rude. Also the store is run down and dirty. The only bright spot is the ample off-street parking. Stay away. I hope my suffering will save you the agony of dealing with these people. Please let my horrible experiences here have some meaning.
