It was supposed to be ready the next morning. I got an email saying it was delayed. I called and they promised me it would be ready by 11 AM. I told them I had work and I wouldn't be there till 9 PM . ALL DAY at work I called them trying to get the status of the photo book. They kept putting me on hold and hanging up. I must've called five times. I got hung up on all five times Finally get there at 9 PM. I see the photo book in pieces on the side. They said they were trying to call and tell me it couldn't be done but my old phone number was on the account The book is literally in pieces. It's not binded . The photo quality is SUPER POOR with striations and the book wasn't even fully printed out. But I was supposed to give this to my boss in front of 200 people the next day - I had to show something so I go to take this piece of crap and leave and these IDIOTS - INCLUDING THE MANAGER tell me that if I walk out with this "book". - when it wasn't even a book it was garbage- THAT THEY WOULD CALL THE POLICE ON ME ! So they charged me full price for this absolute piece of trash ! . I asked Walgreens corporate to refund me like 3 times and they said it has to be done in store and I'll never go back there so long story short I disputed the charge with Visa and I'm never stepping foot in this Walgreens or any Walgreens again and look forward to their bankruptcy ! I bought some daily essentials, and I noted that a lot of them were locked up in glass shelves as they are in virtually all CVS pharmacies that I have patronized. Customers have to ring a bell so a store employee could come and unlock the items --like toothpaste, razors and mouthwash. Cashier Sorna rang up my order, encouraging me to take advantage of a digital coupon that I downloaded from the app. She explained that if I buy $2 more dollars worth of items, I will get $2 off my entire order. On ONE occasion, I purchased, a 1/2 gallon of 2% milk around 7pm one evening. I got home, put it in the fridge and (of course) threw out the bag and the receipt. The next morning (12/23), I poured my milk and it was spoiled. The "sell by" date showed, 12/26. I purchased it, 12/22. When I spoke with the cashier (whose, manager was at the next register and asked me if I had the receipt... no, I do not. ), I said (in a low voice) I'd like to return this milk as it's spoiled. She checks the date and says, 'but the date shows it's 12/26. I said, it doesn't matter, it's spoiled; smell it. I proceed to get another milk for an even exchange, and picked the container that showed, 1/06/19. When I got back to the register, with the milk, they both have an attitude. I didn't say, because of them, my milk is spoiled. Sheesh, just let me make my even exchange and you deal with the milk company. Managers and employees need training or better customer service when situations (beyond their control arise).

Buying non-prescription items here isn't any less frustrating. The checkout personnel are slow, dimwitted, and rude. Also the store is run down and dirty. The only bright spot is the ample off-street parking. Stay away. I hope my suffering will save you the agony of dealing with these people. Please let my horrible experiences here have some meaning.
