The ownership is comprised off rude, arrogant individuals who can care less about customer service and more about putting pills in bottles to sell. They also took it upon themselves to contract out deliveries to a third party service. Wow, this service literally sends low IQ individuals to my building. Can't figure out how to get access to the building. They then proceed to call me up and speak in a different language which I don't understand since I believe we live in America. They finally get into the building and don't follow the signage to go to the left rather than go to the right. What's more, once they figure out they went the wrong way even though I tell them in English to go left, they make it up to my floor eventually and then can't find my apartment. On many of occasion, the pharmacy itself makes mistakes, and the delivery person, who could care less has no authority to rectify the issue. Nor will they call the pharmacy to rectify and absolve themselves of responsibility. There are plenty of other small pharmacies in woodhaven that I have to choose from. I was using Healthmax because they supposedly have a good reputation. However, I do not believe that to be true. If they don't make an effort to improve their service, they will easily loose out to their competitors. I really do hope store management reads this review and implements changes to improve the experience for its customers.

It is true price varies from location to location and from CVS to CVS as well as inventory stock. Disappointingly the household cleaning product aisle contain near empty shelves as the staff either does not receive a delivery from corporate HQ or the staff does not keep the store's inventory well stocked. I needed basic household cleaning products of toilet bowl cleaner which is still on my shopping list, but to my dismay it was mostly sold out and out of stock possibly due to the effects of COVID-19. The acne treatment inventory contains very limited brand names and low inventory stock. There is only one human cashier and two (2) functioning self-service checkout counters. I opted for the self-service checkout as the sales associate stepped away from the cashier counter. The scanners at the self-service checkout are fully functioning without any technical problems. I had no issues when scanning my CVS store loyalty card. The hidden coupon compartment within the self-service cashier machine was full to the rim which produced a public announcement message "assistance is needed" and the CVS associate opened the hidden coupon compartment only to push all the coupons down allowing additional space to add more. Whoa, when I worked in a retail store we had to empty bins by close of business day and never leave bins or compartments full to the rim the next day. This CVS pharmacy store #2041 is easily accessible via Q24 bus on Atlantic Avenue or A train at 80th Street station in Ozone Park, Queens, NYC.

The employees rather talk in the front amongst each other then assist customers and then have the audacity to get mad when people press the bells too much. It contains a free parking lot. In the passage of my travels of Queens, NYC I needed a visit to patronized with conscious awareness using my two CVS coupons as I have a loyalty rewards card. With hope and desideratum, this CVS did heed the hope within my mind for printer cartridge of very limited stock readiness and their price is lower than Staples. The economic effects of stagflation in 2020s era is strongly felt financially as the value of the American dollar, unfortunately, has less worth and less purchasing power. I did not wait for an eternity when ringing the customer service bell as my requested item is hanging on anti-theft pegboard hook security device for loss prevention for printer cartridge. This CVS also carried my default favorite chocolate chip cookie brand, Tate's Bake Shop. Customer service is really average as there is only one cashier open and the other cash registers are closed. The cashier had to wait for an eternity for the register to unexpectedly reboot and stated she cannot open the other two registers but moved me walking to the self-service check-out register to ring-up. In my employment history, I had worked in two (2) retail brick and mortar store businesses and there is always one register that is closed because there is no cash intentionally, but during the holidays this register functions designated for credit/debit cards only payment intended to alleviate the long queuing line surrounding the cash wrap for customer efficient movement flow. I did received my sales receipt.

Some of the female staff members come across with an attitude that makes interactions uncomfortable and unnecessarily difficult. Customer service used to be a strong point here, but now it feels like an afterthought. Simple questions or requests are sometimes met with impatience or lack of professionalism, which shouldn't be the case in a customer-facing environment. Corporate really needs to take a closer look at what's happening in these stores and consider implementing better customer service training. A more positive and respectful approach would go a long way in improving the overall experience.
