Great Family Business! They always take the time to make sure you get everything you need and they handle everything very professionally

In curiosity kills the cat, I came here wondering for a specific household item which I was impressed that customer service actually does exist in pharmacy and courteous. Though a small chemist plus more of surgical filter and notary public services offered there is a very minimal brand names for household items and personal care effects. A copier machine is available at five cents amid my utter dismay of Kyocera copier (the very distressing pain of all paper jams and nonfunctional features) rather than Canon, the mother of all copier machines. read more

Cross Bay Chemist - Drugstores Near Me - Ozone Park, New York

Small pharmacy located on a block with a cluster of businesses. The store is kind of small but it has everything a pharmacy would have. The counter and pharmacist are in the back of the store. I just stopped in to grab some gum. They also have lotto and other candy as well. Convenient location for this area. read more

I decided to give this pharmacy a chance since the CVS across the street has really long lines and the service is sooooo slow. I couldn't be happier with my switch. Fast service. Friendly staff. And the fact that I'm supporting a local business makes it a win win for everyone. read more

Cross Bay Chemist is a great Mom & Pop Pharmacy with 2 locations. Howard Beach & Ozone Park in Queens. I am a regular at the HB location and prefer that one. I have been a client since Frank & his wife Kasha opened their doors on Cross Bay Blvd. They sell supplies like crutches or wheel chairs. This is a 1 stop shop because they have a large variety of a little bit of everything. For example Cold & flu medicine, allergy and pain medicine, Cards, decorations for holidays, candy, scratch offs, lottery, Italian & Polish imported treats to eat, coffee mugs, socks under garments, shampoos, body washes, toys, They have a large variety of vitamins and they have good deals if you buy more then 1. I love that they have a point system card. 1 point per dollar So at $200 you get $10 off your next purchase. The stores are always very clean and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. For your convenience Polish, Italian & Spanish are spoken. And they deliver as well. read more

I went in last week to get my prescription filled for the first time. I must say they have excellent customer service. The pharmacist Mario stopped what he was doing and answered all of my questions immediately. I was shocked with how quick the wait time was compared to my normal wait at the CVS that I usually use. Seems that I have found my new pharmacy. read more
