Very polite and friendly provider of the Johnson vaccine. They had it and very little wait to get it once arrived at the pharmacy.

This CVS lived up to its inglorious but apparently well-earned 2-star rating today…read more I visited to purchase a gift card, arriving 10:45 PM after a long day at work. A staffer informs me "We stop selling gift cards at 11:00." I glance at my watch, look back up and respond "OK, 15 minutes I'll make it quick." He then says actually they've already "shut the registers" and are no longer selling gift cards. He apologetically said there's nothing he can do. There's no sign anywhere in or outside the store alerting anyone to this policy. (Just to be sure, I asked if there were any). The staffer was friendly (and the unadvertised policy isn't his fault of course). But I still wasted a trip to a "24 hour" CVS. Gift cards aside, shopping here is a drag. Much of the merchandise is locked behind plexiglass, requiring waiting for staff to unlock it. Prices are not competitive. The parking lot is cramped & poorly laid out. If you're in a bind & have no other options, maybe this is your place...except if the bind is that you need a gift card at night.

This is the way a young, unprofessional employee treats customers…read more I entered the pharmacy, selected my items, and when I went to pay, the machine asked for assistance. It was 6:10 a.m., and the pharmacy was completely empty--there was no staff at the front. I went to the back and knocked on a door. A young man came out, and I asked him for help so I could pay for my purchase. From the very beginning, he showed a very rude attitude, without greeting or responding properly. When we got to the front, I asked him, "Are you okay?" His only response, with a bad attitude, was, "Bring the items here," pointing to another register. My husband told him that his attitude is not appropriate for customer service and that he should look for another job if he cannot treat customers with respect. It was a very unprofessional experience.

I recently visited your pharmacy to have a simple $2 notary completed (3 documents). Instead, I was…read moremade to wait over 20 minutes because the pharmacist chose to take a manufacturer's call. I overheard him say, "I gotta take this call. I don't have time for this. It has to wait." As a customer, and as a healthcare professional myself, I find it incredibly unprofessional to be openly de-prioritized in such a dismissive manner. Is a manufacturer's call truly more important than a paying customer who is standing right in front of you, regardless less of the dollar value ? The courtesy of even a brief explanation would have gone a long way, but none was offered. To make matters worse, a young insolent and unseasoned "here for the summer", staff member attempted to start an argument with me, and another employee insinuated that we should have gone elsewhere instead of coming to a pharmacy for a notary. That kind of logic is baffling. if you advertise a service, you should expect and respect the customers who come for it. If your team cannot manage the workload of offering national notary services, then it would be more honest to stop advertising it, rather than subject customers to poor treatment and delays. I came to your location based on word-of-mouth recommendations, but this experience was a mistake. I will not be returning, nor will I be referring anyone else. Professionalism is about respect for people's time and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, that was entirely lacking here. All the best in your future business endeavors.
