I truly wanted to leave a positive review for this shop, but my experience has been extremely…read moredisappointing from beginning to end. I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

This is truly the first time in 23 years that I have met someone as dedicated and committed to doing their jobs as Kelly and Rick at Diamond Arrow Digital Marketing. I have been a client for going on 6 months. And they took me to a new level when it comes to my business revenue. And let me add I am not an easy client to make happy. But after only 6 months of hiring this company they completely turned my business around. If you are looking for someone you can trust with any and all of your marketing needs Kelly and Rick at Diamond Arrow Marketing will surely live up to their promises. I could go on and on with this review. But I just strongly urge you to give them a try yourself. You'll be extremely happy you did. Thank you Rick and Kelly for everything you have done and put up with for me. If I could give you 6 stars I would. Take a bow. You deserve this review.

Stefani was ok until you're honest. She was legitimately arguing w me about spacing on a business card I had designed prior to them. I measured it.
