I asked the guy standing by the register for one and he walked me over to them. The heavy duty one? he asked. No, I said, the light-duty version. He took it from the hanger and held it out toward me. Then I saw the price hanging right there in front of us both. SIX DOLLARS AND, LIKE, NINTY-SEVEN CENTS! For ONE?! (Disregard the website price, totally. In-store it's $6.97!) Wait, WHAT?! I told him there was NO WAY I would pay that much! and I left. I drove directly to a Home Depot. I bought TWO of them for $2.97 EACH! Even after taxes, I paid less for two than they wanted for just one and that's BEFORE taxes! On the drive back home, I promised myself I would NOT be installing one of those new switches until I first posted this review. Promise made, promise kept! Time to install my $2.97 switch now!

A tall gentleman behind the counter (with help from the manager) spent well over an hour researching the original paint that was purchased for my home. After a long search, they found the original paint and color which was different than what I thought it was. The original paint used was discontinued so he recommended the best alternative in the same color (Egret white). He tested it against my color and found it was still slightly off so he spent even more time to create an almost perfect match to my original paint. He did ALL of this to sell ONE gallon of paint! We've been able to find a wide range of products to fit our budget that give him the room to grow creatively. Additionally, I've found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Recently, I was trying to frame one of my son's works for a project, and none of the preformatted frames was "just right." The folks at the framing counter were fantastic--they were able to use the frame I picked out, measure the artwork, and suggest matting colors to compliment the artwork. They even did the work for me, and put an appropriate hanger on the back of the frame. The price was reasonable, and the turn-around time was amazingly fast! We love the finished product.
