The inside of the store is no different very clean and orderly. The staff inside provide great customer service and seem to remember me each time I return. Mikey in the photo section takes great care of my photo needs and offers outstanding customer service. I frequently process photos and posters that I use in the course of my business at this location and am always very satisfied with the product. When using the photo service app for my personal photo processing I am always amazed at how easy it is to upload photos and have them printed, sometimes within an hour. The one bit of criticism I would like to offer is the somewhat invasive nature of the rewards program. Signing up for the program required me to provide much more personal information then I normally provide when participating in other retail rewards programs. Most discounts need to be obtained using a rewards program card which allows tracking of the consumers patterns and purchases in exchange for sometimes deep discounts. I get it but feel that they have too much of my personal information tied into my retail purchases.

Meanwhile it disappears and I dont have my medication and time going by - I am out of medication. UGHHHHH I have called, left reviews and don't know what else to do. I would feel better if they didn't keep telling me it was the doctors. These are from different doctors. The one time I called and they said the doctor did not submit pre auth -- took me one my chart message and 1 day to fix. If I hadn't looked and called when status changed it would not have been communicated to me. Bottom line - if you have my script and you can't fill for whatever reason - CALL ME before changing status to back to square one. Really not trying to be difficult. As a manager, I may not have liked hearing something was wrong, but it is in all our best interest not to deflect and be defensive. Customer service is listening and working with client to with client to help find a solution. This store is very busy and I feel bad for them with the lines in drivethru and in store. Too small and understaffed. But as bad as I feel for them, I need my medications and my health matters. PS This was not always this way at this store. I'm on medicines that refill every 90 days and I kept trying to turn off the auto refill with no luck. They fill them too soon and I still have a ton of pills. The biggest issue I have is that when a refill runs out and I reorder it most pharmacies contact the doctors and I have no issues getting my meds. CVS lets me know they have faxed my doctors and are not getting a response. I've never ever had an issue like this on multiple meds from different doctors. I call my doctors and they say they never got a fax. I have them write a new script to send it in but CVS supposedly didn't get the doctors fax. I brought in a script and later I called to see if it was ready but they didn't have the script. I'm looking with my insurance for a new pharmacy. Even if I have to now drive 20 minutes out of my way it would be better than driving 7 min away with crummy service!

She then stated to be careful starching off the code because they have received several complaints of the codes being damaged. First off, you do not have to scratch off the code for an Apple Card, you just pull a magnetic strip. Secondly, if you know there is an issue with the cards, a reputable business would take some kind of action, a least tell me prior to my purchase about the complaints of damaged cards.
