The inside of the store is no different very clean and orderly. The staff inside provide great customer service and seem to remember me each time I return. Mikey in the photo section takes great care of my photo needs and offers outstanding customer service. I frequently process photos and posters that I use in the course of my business at this location and am always very satisfied with the product. When using the photo service app for my personal photo processing I am always amazed at how easy it is to upload photos and have them printed, sometimes within an hour. The one bit of criticism I would like to offer is the somewhat invasive nature of the rewards program. Signing up for the program required me to provide much more personal information then I normally provide when participating in other retail rewards programs. Most discounts need to be obtained using a rewards program card which allows tracking of the consumers patterns and purchases in exchange for sometimes deep discounts. I get it but feel that they have too much of my personal information tied into my retail purchases.

They have reprinted things for me that I felt didn't look right the first time with no charge. I'm an artist so it is sometimes funny when I have my photos or art printed because they need me to sign a form saying its my own content. I get it though only because so many people want to sue for everything! (Even if it's not the company's fault at all) Pharmacy- everyone has been helpful and nice even when they are crazy busy. No problem looking up to make sure when I take something over the counter it will not react to other meds. I've been pleased with their service. I do have a prescription for pain meds but unlike one reviewer I have never had a problem with the people treating me differently or like a junkie. Everyone here has been really great!

This location had people a lot more friendly to interact with which seems uncommon these days at all businesses. Honestly it was quite refreshing not to feel like an annoyance. They also had on hand parts of my prescription that other locations didn't which was great. Was able to walk in with prescriptions and get them filled pretty quickly. As I went to another CVS the pharmacist in Highland Ridge Road one have changed prescription in system that it was too soon to fill. Pharmacist at other CVS told me that it was not too soon since she looked up prescription. This certain pharmacist is always confusing my prescriptions with my sister! This is not the first time nor second! One day something is going happen and it will be their fault. I have been using this pharmacy in Highland Ridge Road one for years. Now they have been gotten these losers who don't care. Especially when I told pharmacist that I have no needles to take my insulin.
