Every time I go in there they have a bad attitude, tried teturning a defective item and one of the young employee, named John with me saying they would never sell a defective item like that. Then called me a liar. I asked for a manager, a even worst attitude saying we don't sell defective items. .. The crew and it's manager are ALWAYS there to help with a smile and greeting. I chose to shop here at this store and I AM NOT ALWAYS IN A GOOD MOOD when I walk through their doors and that is NOT their fault or job to fix. I want good service and a fair price and that is the #1 priority. The change I have seen in this store over the last 6 months has been HUGE!!! I can go in and get multiple quantities of the same product NOW because they have CLEARLY put an emphasis on INVENTORY and selection. Change is not always good, BUT in this case it is PERFECT!!!!! I spent nearly two hours searching because Dazeys selection is EXTENSIVE--two aisles filled with virtually every size and type of screw imaginable, all meticulously organized in labeled drawers. Throughout the process staff regularly checked in on me and did everything they could to help. Tom and Pete in particular were instrumental in helping me find exactly what I needed. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me solve my problem. Excellent service and a great resource for hard-to-find hardware.

Husqvarna's corporate policy allows returns within 30 days, but they can't require a retailer to support their policy. The clerk remarked that the model we had bought is a "POS" so even the staff knew it was a substandard mower yet sold it to an 83 year old man. Doing research after the fact, the same mower at Lowes was $400 cheaper and Lowe's stands behind the products and respect customers. Is it just me, or does every trip down one of these feel like trying to navigate a Black Friday sale at a flea market? You walk in thinking, "This will be quick," but the center aisles are PACKED with random bins, towering displays, and enough seasonal decor to stock Santa's workshop. Need to push a cart? Good luck! It's like playing a game of Tetris, except your cart doesn't fit anywhere, and the stakes are higher because you're carrying sharp tools and a 10-foot PVC pipe. I don't know if Home Depot is trying to sell me lumber or trap me in a maze of impulse-buy power tools, but either way, I end up leaving with bruised shins, a side of frustration, and three things I didn't need. On the bright side, the staff is usually helpful once you escape the aisle of chaos, and they have almost everything you could ever need--if you can reach it without knocking over a pallet of shop vacs. Pro tip: skip the cart, bring a backpack, and pray you don't need a doorframe or something big. Otherwise, you'll be doing laps like it's a NASCAR track in there!

I was able to find a pocket knife that met what I needed and was amazed by the variety of items in the store. We spent some time talking to the birds, Ace and Betty. When I was informed that it was available for pickup at Customer Service the clerk was unable to find the location of the item. I proceeded to sit back and wait patiently while she looked for the item. About 45 minutes later she finally came back to tell me that she hadn't found it yet! I was appalled that she didn't come back earlier to tell me that the wait would be this long! Eventually she found the item, 'in a place where it wasn't supposed to be' she said.... This happened at about 5 PM yesterday and I observed that customer service was practically abandoned at that time with only one lady who continued to talk on the phone looking away from me 'cuz she knew I'd be an upset customer if she acknowledged me. VERY POOR handling of my situation.. I think I'll try Home Depot next time. Perhaps they'll be better....

Keeping things simple, I immediately paid off the dishwasher I bought in December of 2025. This was the first time I'd used the card--and the last. A Lowe's employee let me take a screen shot that verified what I've tried to prove to Synchrony and I've included it in my correspondence, I've disputed the unpaid balance three times, but the documented attempts have gotten me nowhere. I'm 82 and never carry a balance, always pay in full when the bill comes in. Now I'm being hounded and my credit rating is taking a huge hit.
