The clerk remarked that the model we had bought is a "POS" so even the staff knew it was a substandard mower yet sold it to an 83 year old man. I proceeded to sit back and wait patiently while she looked for the item. About 45 minutes later she finally came back to tell me that she hadn't found it yet! I was appalled that she didn't come back earlier to tell me that the wait would be this long! Eventually she found the item, 'in a place where it wasn't supposed to be' she said.... This happened at about 5 PM yesterday and I observed that customer service was practically abandoned at that time with only one lady who continued to talk on the phone looking away from me 'cuz she knew I'd be an upset customer if she acknowledged me. A Lowe's employee let me take a screen shot that verified what I've tried to prove to Synchrony and I've included it in my correspondence, I've disputed the unpaid balance three times, but the documented attempts have gotten me nowhere. I'm 82 and never carry a balance, always pay in full when the bill comes in. Now I'm being hounded and my credit rating is taking a huge hit.
