I've had really bad delivery service ever since 32 Degrees started using UniUni Warehouse/Drivers as their partners, and I haven't even received my package that I ordered back in November 2025! I've done everything I needed to do to contact UniUni and even contacted 32 Degrees regarding my concerns but all I got from their customer service representative is that they were going to continue to partnership with UniUni. I was even told that other loyal customers have complained about not getting their package also from UniUni! read more

Without it out the best store in the valley! They have an amazing selection, the service is unparalleled, and I have to give a special shout out to Nina, who took the extra time to explain. Every question I had, including some things that I had always wanted to know about certain glass pieces and never had anyone be able to explain to me. Great spot, weird vibe. I don't feel welcomed here, and I get it's a poor spot in town but I never can just look around. I'm always having someone hovering over my shoulder examining my every move. they make me feel like I shouldn't be in the store every time I try to buy something. read more

100% the only "heady" shop in Southern Oregon. Don't waste your time going to any others around. They have the best selection of papers , hand pipes , water piece.. Plus they have all the cool accessories that you can never find. They have a very friendly staff that is very helpful and knowledgeable. ( especially coffee ) . My favorite thing about 42 is that you can go in And always see a really crazy art piece as well . They do a great job of showcasing local artist as well . It's a little overcrowded with some glass in there but if you take your time you can get a good look at it all . read more

The chillest spot in Medford. They have a sick collection of glass from local artists and all the latest puffco peak gear. They even offer puffco coil rebuilds in shop or can sell you the kit. Overall great shop with proper vibes read more

guys in there are really knowledgeable. super good guys..offered us discounts on our purchase..but way more than that..the glass they have to offer is topflight by comparison. First I would like to say is amazing customer service. Being super pregnant and on a Christmas budget, Adam was very helpful in helping me find a few pieces that were in my price range. And being pregnant walking into a pipe shop isn't the most comfortable thing but he made me feel right at home. Second thing that amazed me were the prices. Even though this was my first experience at a pipe shop in the valley I won't be going anywhere else. The selection was huge and there were so many beautiful pieces. read more

Best head shop in town! Wide variety of glass from lots of local artists at good prices, and all the stoner accessories one could need! I went to this shop looking for an e-cigarette option. They were so helpful. They set it up, explained the parts and how to use it. Anytime I've had a problem they've gone out of their way to fix it. Overall, it's definitely a great store with excellent customer service! read more

Down here from Portland with my husband we went in there for a quick stop got liquid tobacco and ended up getting knowledge dropped on us from both the guys working there. Walked out of there feeling like they actually were listing to us and they changed my daily routine with kratom just by sharing their knowledge with us! I am a local glassblower that didn't like how the other guys representing the glass they had, so me and a friend (David) teamed up and opened 42 Degrees Oregon and have been enjoying helping our customers find the best fit for each persons needs.

I then visited my favorite dispensary and they have coupons for Sky High for 20% off and no expiration. To start off, I've bought a couple pieces of glass from some other local shops around the area and after coming here I haven't bothered to go anywhere else. I've never had a bad experience in the eight months I have been coming here, which has been multiple times. The customer service is awesome. I never feel pressured while looking around, and the quality/selection of pieces that they have beat the other shops around here in my opinion. Overall this place is great and the employees are as well. They're more than happy to answer any questions you may have on anything the shop has to offer. We were clueless when we walked in...about e cigs. But the guys there were very helpful and informative. They knew what they were talking about and the experience was evident. They gave us several options, explaining each one in detail. We went with the one that we thought would work best for us. They will definitely have our return business. Absolutely by far the headiest shop around. They have pieces in all price ranges, but where they really shine is their heady glass. No shortage of baller pieces. They have name brand items that you can't find in your average shop instead of the Chinese knock offs that the other shops in town fill their shelves with. A connoisseur shop for sure. read more
