I went to Breeze Botanicals in Ashland on May 8, 2024 after placing an order online for 4 clones. The online order assigned a pickup time that I couldn't make, so I called the store to let them know. I was assured by the manager that she would set aside the plants I ordered to be ready for my pickup the next day. When I arrived that morning, the specific clones I had pre-ordered had NOT been set aside and in fact were not all available any longer. The manager simply shrugged her shoulders without comment. I settled for and purchased 4 other clones (only one was on my pre-order list). Unlike the other 3 healthy clones, this clone was small, but it was the one I had pre-ordered. I assumed that if it was not just small, but unhealthy, they would stand behind their product. Within 5 days after pickup, the small clone had become unhealthy and did not grow like the other three, despite my care of all plants being the same. I called the store to ask about an exchange and was told by the manager that she would have to discuss the matter with her "Operations Manager" and would call me back. Receiving no return call, I took the unhealthy clone back to the store along with photos of the other 3 clones that were doing very well. The manager informed me upon my arrival that in fact they did NOT stand behind their product. I indicated that I was disappointed with this, and that I would post a review on YELP. The clones were from Next Generation Nursery; as the grower you would think they would stand behind their product. Was it healthy when delivered to Breeze Botanicals? Did they mishandle the product? I purchased a replacement clone and left the store, having lost my initial $20 investment and driven 26 miles each way a second time to exchange the unhealthy clone. Three disappointments: my clones were not set aside as the website clearly states they would be; no apology offered, only a shrug of the shoulders; I'm out $20 because you don't stand behind your product. Really nice staff and great products at a reasonable price! I asked about tinctures and the gal was so helpful, honest and personal. I selected SunGod medicals Heka THC tincture. I'm experimenting with tinctures for sleep and this one wasn't bad for sleep(it was ok, I know it's a sativa) but was unbelievable for stress and daily use. I don't need to smoke or vape nearly as much. Will continue usage. I'm definitely going to try another tincture by this brand and ask some more questions when I go back. read more

Professional and, seemingly, health-oriented establishment. It appears they sell a wide range of herbal remedies, not just cannibis (sp?). It reminded me of an apothecary or old-time drug store. For me, I was happy to walk into a dispensary that did not have that 'head shop' vibe. There were strong (appropriately legal, I presume) controls to access services. We needed to register with driver's licenses even just to buy CBD salve and oil. The first time I visited, we were given a careful talk related to not exposing children to any cannibidoil (sp?) product. I do not disagree with that policy. It seems like the staff are conscientious about explaining products and usage so one finds the most appropriate product for the need. To me, the pricing seemed competitive to SF Bay Area prices, although my purchases were limited to CBD tinctures and salves. read more

This was my first time visiting a dispensary, ever, and if all dispensaries are run like this, then they have the finest customer service around. The first half of the shop spealizes in teas, and other herbs. The girl at the counter was very friendly. After we explained we have never been to a dispensary, she happily explained the process to us. After checking our ids, we were in the back room. It was slightly larger than the front room, and it was broken into sections, including a small room for reading material. The cannabis that you can buy by weight is the first thing you come upon. I saw about twenty different types, both loose leaf and nuggets. Each strand has a little bio, as well percentages of everything in it. They have cards that explain different types of effects that can happen - sleep aid, pain relief, etc. -, and each description will have an initial or initials for what the strand does. The shop also has glassware, oils, vape pens, and even bumper stickers. We clearly made a good choice for our first dispensary. read more

Every business is entitled to it's own business plan and target clientele. I experience Breeze as a pot store created for rich people who don't want to go to pot stores. I went (several times) because it's nearby and has great reviews; but I have been personally turned off by the superior attitude of several of the staff (or, alternatively, know-nothings who just tell you what they think you want to hear), the relatively high prices, and that it's often such a wait and ordeal to get into. read more

Outstanding Service, professional atmosphere, a tough act to follow Coming from another recreational state I have seen a number of takes on businesses operating with the purported intention of servicing the health and wellness of it's customers. None hold a candle to Breeze Botanicals. I was greeted promptly by Brady who quickly explained the process of getting checked in. Without any pressure to leap on sales, specials or be required to be placed on any sort of list I was acquainted with the location and the large array of cannabis as well as non-cannabis herbal tinctures and remedies available. I could tell that my needs and my comfort level for anonymity was the priority. After perusing a large but not dizzying number of products I selected what I came for and was quite pleased. I went in with some major anxiety around the holidays and was helped out right away by the owner, who walked me through multiple herbal remedies- both cannabis and other- very clearly and helpfully. This shop is very high quality with a comfortable yet professional atmosphere, and the employees are knowledgable and respectful. I left with a Heka tea for stress and anxiety, made with a variety of locally sourced herbs that I'll drink periodically through the week to relax, and two strains of high-quality cannabis that were specifically grown for mental awareness and calmness. Love this place. Get my green dragon tincture here. 1000 mg cbd and 30 mg thc which is perfect for me because I don't like the thc feeling but a little bit is fine. Haven't seen it in many other dispensarys. Also get peak chocolates high cbd ringos gift. One downside, kind of spendy for a dispensary. I've been to a lot of dispensary's and have to say this one is one of the more pricey out of the ones I've been to. Very nice and friendly workers. read more

Enjoyed the selection much more than what I can get back home. I bought some tea which I've never seen in the stores back in Portland. Looking forwArd to it. Nice bud tenders who are also knowledgeable with the products they sell which is also something I don't always get back home. Spent a lot of money but needed to since I drove in from Cali not realizing they don't sell flower there yet and I ran out thinking I could always refill. This place used to be good, they actually took care of people. I think the greed has set in. If you only have a little bit of money and you want to be laughed at for not having enough to buy their high priced medicine. Plus the quality has gone down as well. I walked in there and explained my situation, as I only had $10 to my name and was in need of medicine for my muscle spasms. The guy laughed at me and said "good luck". Their lowest price gram was $10 plus tax. He said welp we can't help you today, maybe get some more money and come back another time. I wrote the owner and she says " we can't give free medicine" I wrote back and explained I was not looking for free stuff just wanted a little bit to get me through a night or two. I left and went down the road to House of Leaves, I explained the same to them and they said no problem and set me up with good quality medicine and I still had $5 left over. Breeze needs to stop being so GREEDY and learn how to treat people with RESPECT regardless of their situation read more
