Went in on this fine Thursday , after saving 300 points the bud tender said I could not use them if I wanted 10% off Thursday threaded. Let me be perfectly clear here. This place just "changed" it's reward system with no forewarning . Hey are 300 dollars worth of points just gone, now I save another 250 and the budtender refused to let me use them and recieve a discount? What kind of care of your repeated customers is this? I spent $20 on enough flower to make one joint and on top of that there were seeds in it and when I went to talk to them about it they said "oh well that's just the way that the Farms do it" I have never been to a dispensary and got anything with seeds in it ever. I asked if I could exchange it and they said no they don't do that..... not to mention I had a flyer from their front area that said I would get 20% off and they didn't do it and it said that you would get a free joint your first time in there and they didn't do that either ..... I will never go to that dispensary again and I advise others to go to any other dispensary ..... if anybody would prefer a list of different dispensaries around that area I will gladly to send you a list . read more

Would not recommend, the women that helped us today literally threw multiple grams of wax down on the counter when I asked If i could see it. She then replied in a horribly rude tone when I asked how much a gram was "hunny, i don't know!" i'd rather drive 10 miles into town than deal with this women again. Staff was helpful, my sales person was knowledgeable enough. I guess prices were decent. And unlike another nearby dispensary (named for a glowing insect), insisted that I purchase a "legal" bag for carrying in my car. I was informed that without it, carrying edibles would be the equivalent of driving with an open container. I haven't read the laws but it is worth the 90c for the bag. I want to take a minute to say that I am reviewing this as any other business, seeing as I dont see the sale of marijuana any different than any other over the counter medication. I have been to Top Shelf a number of times in the past two months. During busy times, during slow times, and I have always been treated with the same kindness, and understanding. The sales people are very inviting and throw all attention at the customer in front of them. As someone with severe anxiety, it makes my purchasing experience much more comfortable. I wish more businesses showed their customers the same kind of dedication, and understanding. Additionally, I was 100% blown away when they helped me troubleshoot my failing battery on my CBD pen for free, which I did not purchase from them. In my opinion, there are good businesses and bad businesses, and then there is Top Shelf, in a league of its own. read more

We were driving home from a long trip and we needed a dispensary !! Top Shelf stays open till 10pm, which was awesome because it was the only place we could find that was open. (This was around 9:30pm on a sunday).It seemed like the other dispensarys in this area were all closed. It was easy to find, not far from the freeway. My boyfriend went in..He said the employee who helped him was friendly and helpful. The prices were really decent and the quality looked great. They have quality meds, but they are greedy on their prices. Prices for their best flowers can go up to $20 a gram / $400 an ounce, plus tax if you are not medical. There is no good reason to charge $400 an ounce when there is such a glut of quality buds in the area. The two star rating is due to the overpriced flowers. read more

I brought in a box from a previous purchase of extract. The clerk took the box and brought out a similar box, which I purchased, but when I went to use it, I saw by the diagram on the box that it was in a different type of dispenser that I could not use. I took it back to the store, unopened, but they would not exchange it for the correct product because more than 48 hours had passed. Not helpful at all. I am stuck with something that cost a lot of money but I cannot use it. read more

I just visited Top Shelf today, and the salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful.... however, when he told me there was a 20% tax I about fell over. He did give me a discount and the total ended up at $86.40. The breakdown went like this... $80 for the product, State tax $12.24, City tax, $2.16. He knocked off $8... I assume since it was the first time I'd purchased there. It will be the last too. I came home and got online at sungodmeds.com and found the exact same bottle I purchased... ON SALE for $60, $5 shipping... NO TAX! Guess where I will be buying from now on. So much for buying locally. I feel like I was ripped off royally... $21.40 more than if I'd bought online.
