But they had the product I wanted, so I didn't listen to my instincts. I used the product I purchased twice and a spring broke inside of the battery, rendering it useless. When I went to exchange the defective product (precisely one week after purchase), I was told that, "we can't exchange products because we don't know what people do with them after they take them out of the store." So, you won't handle a broken product for your customer, even though you can send it back to the manufacturer as DOA and you're not out a dime. Well, you won't get another dime of mine, that's for sure. Stand behind the products you sell or get out of retail.

Hey, you never know when you might need the help, especially in mystical parts of Oregon! Gayle indulged this fantasy. At the same time, she was attracted to a wood spatula and a cool set of tongs that folded up flat. We bought these as well after making the hard decision of which woods would look best. We saw even more that we liked. However, it was one of those times, where our "budget" was spent and it was time to move on. I'm looking forward to coming back on a future Saturday and looking through their handsome wares again.
