I went to the Crater Lake location due to a weight mismatch between a dab rig and basket I bought…read morethere as a pair. After watching these tiny little rigs tip over due to the weight of the heavy baskets three times now, I decided to go in and buy a smaller basket, better suited to such a lightweight rig. The young lady, Shawna, was super sweet and immediately went to ask a manager for assistance. The first manager that came out, Lucas, was super polite but seemed extremely confused about what I was telling him. As a result, I asked to speak to someone else. That's when Jason came out. His entire demeanor was argumentative, dismissive and completely unprofessional. He repeatedly interrupted me to ask questions like, "was it tipping over in our cabinet before you bought it" - questions obviously meant to delegitmize my experience. I wasnt even asking for a replacement for free. I was simply asking 1. To purchase an appropriately sized banger for the rig I purchased from your store and 2. To address this design mismatch moving forward so this doesnt keep happening. Jason continued answering in a very condescending manner, exclaiming that this is the first time he had heard of any issues with this product. I explained that even if I am the first person reporting the issue, an issue is still being reported. He continued interrupting and arguing, clearly attempting to continue delegitimizing my customer experience. As if a customer complaint is some sort of argument, or I was being a "Karen" for daring to say something contrary. I asked him if I could speak with the owner and he told me no, and then quickly added, "but I can give you their email".

It's just NOT! I beg you all to go to rogue valley and sign up for the og discount. Automatic 20% anytime on anything. This place is no longer a wellness dispensary. It's a flat out cash grab. Where to start with the levels of BLISS?…read more Made locally in Ashland OR by committed to higher consciousness Living and Lifestyle Teacher, Coach, Entrepreneur,Devoted single Mom and Loving lady --Kundalini Keval Grace Bliss. I first met Keval at Agape International Spiritual Center in late 2008 when she and her then business partner were running The Bliss bar. I was enamored by their all white attire and beautiful contagious Joy. I soon volunteered every Sunday for all 3 services to get my triple dose of the Rev. and the Raw Vegan Gluten Free Superfoods. Little did I know how the 10 months I spent volunteering would literally transform and ultimately heal my Life. Keval and her partner moved to OR in 2010 and I began to notice how much I loved the Raw vegan lifestyle. It was a slow progression due to my previously held small paradigm. I viewed animals as something to be slaughtered and if they were possibly being tortured well it wasn't my problem. God gave them so I could eat them. Then, I started getting Vegucated. I went Raw for 30 Days, because I was Fat,Sick Tired and Nearly Dead. Then I put Forks Over Knives as my new Lifestyle using Food Inc as a great starting place on where that food really came from. As Monsanto and GMO's came into the light I realized controlling what I can control--what I put into my mouth and what comes out of my mouth have made the Embodiment of JoyGrace Harmony a Reality. Eternal Gratitude to Keval for Leading the Committed Yoga Entrepreneur Philanthropist Lifestyle Evolution Movement!!! She has so inspired me to join her at Bliss Superfoods to spread her custom bars to the World!!! I have Chocolate Gogi for my custom flavor. You can order yours exclusively on BlissSuperfoods. Com

My father stayed at The Springs at Anne Maria for a relatively short time--about 10 months--but the…read moreimpact it had on both of our lives was truly meaningful. His move came with some apprehension after a medical event that required him to transition from independent living, and naturally, we were unsure of what to expect. From day one, however, our concerns were put to rest. Every single staff member was absolutely amazing--from the office team to medical staff, housekeeping, and the kitchen and dining team. While I won't name individuals for fear of leaving someone out, please know that each person played a role in creating a loving, warm, supportive, and genuinely caring environment. The compassion, professionalism, and sense of community at Anne Maria went far beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend The Springs at Anne Maria to anyone seeking a place for their parent or loved one. In truth, we now consider the people there friends for life--and honestly, if I could, I'd move in myself!

The food in the dining room is good, with variety. We had a large family 99 yo bd party, and the staff was great, provided a large room with tablecloths, and support help. Meaghan, the director, is fantastic. As well as Nancy at the desk, and the dining room manager and staff. As it goes in these places, there is a high turnover of staff, which is hard on our elders. Overall I would recommend Anna Maria Springs.
